Horrible customer service services . Seller will not refund my purchase . The item wasn’t even packed they waited days to respond only to make threats .. absolutely disgusting people

I order from them pretty frequently and have never had any issues. Ive had to contact customer service once due to a mistake i made and they fixed that with no problem.

My last order was the first time ive preordered something with them and it was still prompty sent out once the last item in the order released

I ordered a figure for an awesome price and everything was perfect. Only 20 days for the shipping (Italy) with the 3-4 weeks option.
The pack was perfect and the figure was protected very well, I'm very happy.

Se comprate dall'Italia, nel mio caso lo sdoganamento è costato poco meno di 5€ più l'iva che dipende dalla spesa, in totale al corriere ho dovuto dare un extra del 28% (da quasi 78 a 97). Comunque mille volte più conveniente rispetto ad ordinarla qui da noi (tralasciando il fatto che in Europa non se ne trovavano più... però rispetto al listino di quando è uscita sì), credo dipenda caso per caso.

Jetzt schon mehrere Bestellungen getätigt und immer war alles super! Auch bei Vorbestellungen! Schneller Versand und gute Preise. Außerdem kann man mehrere Figuren über Monate hinweg kaufen und dann erst schicken lassen. So spart man viel Versand. Selbst mit Zoll dann billiger.
Auch der Kundenservice ist gut. Auf meine Fragen wurde immer in maximal 2 Tagen geantwortet. Ninoma ist mittlerweile mein Lieblingsshop was Prize Figuren angeht. :D

Figurine was shipped out quickly and arrived with bubble wrap protection and paper to fill empty space. Their customer service is also fast to reply. Thank you.

Recieved the wrong figure in the same set as the one I ordered. I let them know and they responded very quickly and immediately shipped out the correct item (I emailed them during the weekend and recieved a response on Monday). Super happy with my experience

After several trouble-free purchases with this Japanese figurine dealer, I recently had the unpleasant experience of testing with their after-sales service.
The last item I ordered from them arrived damaged (the carrier was not to blame). So I alerted Ninoma, who replied: “We clearly state that the customer is responsible for any exchange fees, including return shipping costs, even if the product is defective in manufacturing.”
The procedure is as follows:
- contact the manufacturer of the item to find out if they agree to a replacement.
- then return the item to Ninoma at your own expense.
In this way, not only does the buyer have to contact the manufacturer, but he also has to reship the defective item without Ninoma bearing the return shipping costs (which were €75 [JPY 12,000] for an item costing around €400 [JPY 65,000]).
Ninoma's after-sales service is therefore deplorable, which is why I won't be ordering from them again.

Après plusieurs achats sans problème avec ce marchand japonais de la figurine, j'ai eu dernièrement la désagréable expérience de tester leur service après-vente.
Le dernier article que j'ai commandé chez eux m'est parvenu abîmé (je précise que le transporteur n'était pas en cause). J'ai donc alerté Ninoma dont voici la réponse : "Nous indiquons clairement que le client est responsable de tous les frais d'échange, y compris les frais de retour, même si le produit présente un défaut de fabrication."
La procédure est donc la suivante :
- contacter le fabricant de l'article pour savoir s'il est d'accord pour un remplacement.
- renvoyer ensuite l'article à ses frais à Ninoma.
Ainsi, non seulement l'acheteur doit entrer en contact avec le fabricant, mais il doit aussi réexpédier l'article défectueux sans que Ninoma prenne en charge les frais de retour (qui étaient de 75 € [JPY 12,000] pour un article coûtant environ 400 € [JPY 65,000]).
Le service après-vente de Ninoma est donc déplorable et c'est pourquoi je ne m'aviserai plus de commander chez ce marchand.
Lors d'achats chez d'autres marchands japonais (comme Solaris ou HLJ), j'ai pu me rendre compte que leur service après-vente était bien plus performant avec notamment une prise en charge des frais de réexpédition de l'article défectueux.

Ero scettica, in realtà è arrivato in 20 giorni in ottime condizioni. Ricordate che per l'Italia ci sono i dazi da pagare al ricevimento del pacco, calcolate circa un 25% in più sul prezzo. Nonostante questo ho risparmiato circa 30 euro rispetto ad altri siti. Sicuramente comprerò ancora da questo sito.

I’ve ordered from this website twice already and I received my figurines quickly, which is always a huge plus. 😃The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the items is excellent ( 💯authentic ) Also, the customer service was very responsive. However, it would be great if they offered discounts or promotions for customers who buy in bulk. Overall, I’m happy with my order and will definitely order more. 🤩 I highly recommend this site for anyone looking to add to their figurine collection. ^^

I would recommend a pack with more internal protection. However, positive experience, item arrived intact and on time.
I will definitely make other purchases in the future

The package got lost, after writing back and forth with support for weeks, they told me I'd get a refund, then they ghosted me.

Drei mal dort bestellt, alle drei male Versand via 'Small Packet AIR', da preiswerte Option die nicht Monatelang dauern soll. Ware war immer etwas über 2 Wochen später da.

Bislang nur lagernde Figuren bestellt, zu Pre-order kann ich noch nichts sagen.

Ordered a figure with EMS delivery and recieved it within the time range that was stated on their website (8 days). I've been searching for this figure for a while now and all the ones I could find were "used" and double the price, but I found this, new and original, so I'm very happy and will be ordering again :)!

Was looking for a particular figure but could only find it in a few places, the cheapest option was on ninoma so thought I'd give them a go. Brought a couple other things as well to balance out the shipping fees a bit. (But even then, the shipping wasn't that expensive.)

Ordered on the 9th, was shipped on the 15th, and arrived on the 25th, so took about 2 weeks, but coming all the way from Japan I think that's pretty decent!

Prices were good, everything was well packaged and the products were genuine and in good condition, will definietly be using them again in future!

It may have taken a while since I preordered and did the surface shipping but I got my items exactly what I ordered with no issues in the end. Shipping is a little pricey but if you order a lot especially preorders which are cheaper to get preordered than later on I’d say it’s pretty worth it. Will buy again and already have right before this review.

Je voulais saluer le SAV de Ninoma qui a sû répondre parfaitement à ma demande, je vous explique.

Je fais une précommande d'une figurine d'une valeur totale de 130 €, une fois arrivé chez moi qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir tout d'abord Chronopost devant ma porte et ensuite m'annoncer 48 € de douane.

Je préfère le préciser en dessous de 150 €, vous n'avez uniquement qu'une TVA à payer, si on regarde la TVA au Japon elle est de 8 à 10 %. En regardant sur certains simulateurs je n'aurai dû payer qu'entre 18€ et 30€ maximum de douane. Chronopost se gave je vous le dis et il se cache derrière les fameux "douaniers".

J'ai donc fait une réclamation auprès de Ninoma et j'ai eu mon remboursement complet au bout de 2 jours seulement ! Un grand merci à vous, on peut compter sur votre SAV très réactif. Je ne pénalise donc pas l'expéditeur qui n'y est pour rien.

I was a little skeptical as this place didn't have many reviews, but went ahead and ordered. Delivery was super quick and my items arrived in perfect condition. I will be buying from here again. Thank you NINOMA!

UPDATE: They sent my packages with correct expedited service (EMS) as I paid for. The problem was a human error. They put someone else's tracking number for both of my order. The updated tracking numbers shows movement from the day of the shipment.
