NINO Apply Arvostelua 

Am most grateful to all reviewers for saving me. I wanted to apply for NI through NINO Apply. But decided to check on customer reviews before applying. And it shows that they are not a trustworthy company to spend your hard earned cash on but rather scammers!!!!

NINO apply they are more concern about getting a New customer like getting your money and not follow through

when you call their phone number,
As a new customer, they tell you to press one, and then you will get hold of their sales team.
As an existing customer, they tell you to press two, and then you get a recorded message saying email us. and when I emailed them the answer in days.

even though in their website they should be a fast service to get my NINO it has been three weeks I have not got any answers, so irritating.

Good afternoon, I continue waiting for an answer about what is going to happen with my NIN. I need it for the next week. Please If you can't get it, I request you the refund of the total amount I paid: £60. I will write in the following days with the way you have resolve this. Thank you very much

Avoid using this company! I paid £80 to have my NINO appointment and was (still waiting)for the updates for THREE MONTHS! Tried to call them many times, very bad customer service, you can just speak with their agent if you want to apply, but for any other questions you will hear automatic reply. I sent plenty of emails saying that I want to cancel and refund. They answered that they already start to proceed with my application (which is fake). I made my NINO by myself through gov.uk. And they still didn’t answer to my request of cancellation. Be careful and don’t spend your money and nervous!

Nino just scams you, bad customer service ive waited since may to get a appointment for my insurance number i call them every few weeks and email they are useless !!!! Its October now still nothing.

Fake,I pay £54foa a national insurance number card and nothing, payment ben on July 2020 and I still waiting. I write to many reviews and everything is fakes

Apliqué por el insurance number en esta aplicación y llevo tres meses aqui y no me ha llegado,desde el 22 de julio,dijeron que me llegaría un email para ir a la oficina y hasta el dia de hoy nada....pagué por ello £60 eso si lo cobraron al instante.

SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company took my money and it did not provide the services I paid for. "NINO Apply" be aware that I won't stop, I will give you bad reviews everywhere, in order to avoid other people being robbed by you. I've already reported you to my bank and raised a payment dispute. I want my money back. This is disgusting.

The company is a scam, sadly I realized 20 minutes too late. They say they'll send you a replacement plastic card, but according to the government website, they don't even make the plastic cards anymore. Nino is literally selling something that doesn't even exist.

This review will be removed when they refund my money. If you are reading it now, that means they didn't refund it.

My Wife applied through NINO Apply as she was asked for NI from her employer on June. Person on the phone promised interview within 2 months due to COVID. Now after 3 months later, we have contacted government and found out our details were not even submitted to them. She’s likely going to lose her job because of this. They will not answer our emails, and I am calling them every day for refunds. This is disgusting as we are already struggling financially and facing job loss and they are taking advantage of us.
Please refund our money as you have not provided the service that was promised to us.

This company is an absolute scam. They charge £60 and do nothing! They literally took my money and told me to fill out the DWP paperwork. I would advise everyone to avoid this company, save their money and directly contact the DWP.

Very poor service. They lead me to believe that i needed their service AND FEE to complete my NI application, which in fact wasn't needed at all.

After realising this very shortly i immediately attempted to cancel my application & requested a refund.

They simply just attempt to divert me with automated email responses & zero customer service.

I will be taking this further to twitter / facebook / isntagram & possibly the legal route if i'm continued to simply be ignored.

I was working hard for that mate any chance take the money back it’s more than two weeks if anybody know how we can get the money back?

A SCAM! It’s been a month they’ve taken my money and have not updated me about a single thing since then!! They won’t reply to me emails!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! The contact email on their page is INVALID!

REPORT Their AD to Google!! So these scummy people can’t scam anyone else!!

This is pure SCAM !!! I have been waiting for my insurance number since may and now is almost octomber. Anyway is my fault because i should have pay attention. 🙄 So maybe our reviews may help and save someones money and time.

Considering the Department for Work and Pension is not accepting, nor processing new NIN applications for EU/EEA citizens this company is literally scamming you into paying for a service they cannot deliver. The simple fact they cannot deliver the service should be explained on their website before you order but it is not. So they take you money and then tell you the widely known fact DWP is not accepting applications. Huge SCAM!
