Ok. So 2 stars because they use to be good. No more. Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 men's t shirts a sticker and was supposed to get a free short sleeve t shirt. Was for Fathers Day. Was supposed to be here the Monday or Tuesday after. Did not receive it over a week after supposed delivery. Started trying to call. 5 times and no one answered and no return call
Emailed customer service at least 5 times. Finally got an answers that they had NO answers. Really!!! Use my order number I sent you to see what was going on. I have bought a lot of Nine Line merchandise No more. If I had two weeks of trying for this order why would I waste my time and money patronizing them. I supported them as I am a huge veteran supporter. I will just find another veteran apparel company
I was very honest with them that if I did not hear back I would dispute my transaction and post on Trustpilot. Apparently they don't care ( they took my money out immediately). These companies need to realize all your small customers are what makes a company successful. Word of mouth , wearing the product, etc. They let a loyal customer down.

Update: Finally heard back from customer service Ti be fair she was very nice and totally understood my disappointment. However that being said still shame on Nine Line. She said they only have two customer service representatives. That's unbelievable and not smart business. They did make it right so that's a plus.

Nice shirts. I must have ordered at least 30 shirts. Always the limited edition. But I missed getting the PEW dispenser shirt really cool shirt. Also I would like another Offset Custom shirt if you are reading Nine Line also really cool.

I have purchased multiple items across multiple orders from this company and always received good to high quality products, both in materials and workmanship. To date I have yet to have a shirt wear out or have the printing fade.

The one time I had to return an item (nothing wrong with it, it just didn't fit as I'd hoped), they immediately gave me an RMA# and a prepaid return shipping label, without charging me for the return shipping. Excellent.

Granted I have only ever dealt with them via email (I've never had to Co tact them any other way as they were appropriately responsive), so I can't speak to other forms of customer service such as the phone line, but I've had nothing but good experience with Nine Line from my very first purchase. My only pripkem is I now have way too many T-shirts!

I also have shopped Grunt Style, Warrior XII, Til Valhalla Project, and others and have generally had a good experience, but I have more personal experience with Nine Line and have never felt disappointed in either the product or customer service received.

Ordered a limited edition hoodie.
Go a confirmation after the order. They never delivered the order. When I called, they said there was no order in the system. Customer Service was no help. I'll never order from them again.

This was my first order with 9 Line Apparel. I definitely did not have an experience like all these other 1 stars. My order shipped within 5 days of placing it (They do mention this before shipping as well so I wasn't surprised) and when it arrived everything was just as promised. The day back pack is so solid, strong and sleek. I used it on a trip recently and it was perfect. The shirt I bought was buttery soft and the fit was on point. I paid the extra $1 to have it made in the US as well. The fabric wasn't made in the US but it was only a $1 extra. The bonus sweatshirt I got in my order was so nice! It was a grey hoodie with the very cool flag on the back.

I will definitely be supporting these folks again. Thanks for the amazing products and everything you did for the United States of America.

Horrible company. They cover up murders of their employees. If you buy their products, you have blood on your hands.

I originally bought from NineLine because I wanted to support an American based company that had good quality shirts and looked good. In the beginning (2020) I received my shirts without a problem .. but after I placed large orders everything just went downhill. The quality of their shirts turned thin and flimsy. My orders were never fulfilled unless I emailed them to ask where my order was. When I would finally receive my orders.. half of them would fit correctly.. only to return them for less than quality shirts which took just as long to get. They told me the seasonal shirts would fit differently, but that was not the case.. as all of them did not fit right and they were not seasonal. It was hit or miss all the time. I had to stop ordering from them because I would never get my shirts (as long as +2 months). I emailed them and told them they lost a customer.

I’ve given this company every opportunity to be good, and it’s just not. All but one order has been right, out of about 8. From wrong items, to half an order completely missing . The last straw was the promotions, you spend this , get a free tshirt. Then they send me a men’s tank top. So I call, asking for my tshirt. They told me to ship the second shirt back, or both that got me the promotion. I just can’t deal with them anymore. Bad customer service and obviously whoever is in shipping, packing, doesn’t have a clue. IM sticking with grunt style.

They don't stand behind they delivery dates and treat you like an idiot when you ask them what's going on, they try and remind you of made to order and 3 to 5 days delivery after even though they already were late on shipment. They said they don't have answers on where my order is or what happened.

Really wanted to support this organisation, but this will be my first and last purchase with them. Bought two men’s large t-shirts. Received two paper thin shirts that are definitely not large. First cold water wash and they shrank down to maybe a boy’s medium. Sent them an email thinking maybe they’ve got a manufacturer flaw, but nope. Got a response that thin material is what they’re after and I could basically eat it. Avoid these guys - scam crap material and poor customer service.

The quality is horrible and they say material made in China!! Company is deceiving and just all around horrible! After washing them one time they look like rags, so now we literally use them as rags for our toilets and floors!

Initially working with one of the reps to create custom unit shirt went well and consistent communication. Design submitted. Proof was done up and sent for approval prior to ordering. The proof was exactly how we wanted and the color scheme matched on multiple computer screens. However, when the shirts arrived, the colors were off drastically on both styles of shirts. Reached out to the company and took a few times trying to get a response (only after I called in directly). Was told to take pictures. Did so in bright lighting with multiple printouts of the logos and their color scheme that was included on the proof. They showed the colors did not match and were lighter. Sent them to the company. was told best they could do is either a discount in next order but they couldn’t do a full reprint for free. So we spend $3500 on shirts that don’t even match colors on design and proof. Defeats the purpose of approving a proof. If you screw up you’re responsible. Don’t charge the person more money for reprint. What kind of business are you running? Will never order from them again. Anything to make a buck these days.

What a disappointing company, poor sales & service, the no exchange policy means , they screw up by sending the wrong shirt & you "take it on the chin" for shipping. The quality is very average & with all the "flag waving" on the website you are expecting much more. All I can hope for now is I get my refund?. Stay clear, & I hope Mrgunsngear gets his shirts for free cause I wouldn't pay for them.

Edit, to be fair they did process my return quickly and are sending me the right t-shirt, there response was fast and "no questions asked", very professional. So far so good. Thank You.

Update, so while they seem to process the replacement shirt order, it's been about 2 weeks and it hasn't shipped and email responses are "auto replies" again, disappointing.

Placed order Oct.8 2021. Still haven’t received it Dec 9

Almost 8 weeks order has been in, and nothing! I’m canceling and hope to get my money back!!!
I thought I was buying from a veteran and USA made.

Don’t buy!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I HAVE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH WITH THEM. ADVICE TO EVERYONE, COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The company is horrible. Everything you purchase ships from a Chinese-made counterpoint and the products is garbage. Don't waste your money! I even received a call from a female associate in a voicemail telling me to call her back to hash it out because I said their products were garbage.

I placed an order on August 27, it’s October 12 and I still don’t have it. I called on October 1 and it was supposedly shipping out that day. Called again today and it was just picked and will ship today. We’ll see if that is true. Can’t cancel either. The worst thing is they charge you at the time of order not when it’s shipped like most legit businesses do. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 t shirts. Their website said to allow 5 to 7 business days for my order to be filled and shipped. My order was eventually filled. I received the 2 shirts exactly 1 month after placing my order. I am not happy with the fabric used in the shirts they sell. It is sheer and very thin. When I look in the mirror I can see my skin through the shirt. I will no longer spend any of my money with Nine Line. I placed a 2 shirt order with Warrior 12. I reveived my order within a week. I will be buying my shirts from Warrior 12 due to the excellent service and the fabric used in their high quality shirts.

I would give 0 stars if this would let me! I placed an order almost a full MONTH ago, with the understanding that it can take 7 business days before it ships---that's fine, I planned ahead. I received no communication at all in the process, I had to call 3 TIMES to check the order status and kept being told that "it was being escalated to a supervisor" and "will be shipped out ASAP". Finally, on the 17th business day (24 actual days since I placed my order) after receiving nothing but a confirmation email, no response from the "supervisors" in over a week, I called again and was told that one of the items is out of stock and that is why it hasn't shipped. No one could tell me this in my 3 other phone calls over a 3 week span of time??? They took my money instantly, but couldn't bother to respond and say "Hey by the way, we don't even have what we sold you....sorry!". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, do not buy from this company. You will be lucky to get what you order, after you wait a month to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was for a birthday gift for my fiancé, thanks a bunch Nine Line! This is not at all a reputable company, now I'm stuck the day before his bday scrambling to get a back up gift. This business should be shut down, I wish I would have looked at all the bad reviews before I bothered ordering.
