I had placed an order on January 12,2026. Ninilook
From: .... was quick to get my $$$ but never sent me the items as they claimed. I asked who was the courier because I only receive packages from reputable companies like Amazon, USPS, UPS, or FedEx but they never told me who it was. Now, it's March 14,2026 & Nilnook, claims that they can only refund 70% of my $$$. I don't believe they will even give me back a cent of my $$$. Buyer be aware of this fraudulent company.

Delivery has never came! Every option of cantact is invalid

I would give negative stars if possible. Ordered through TikTok and never received my order. Contacted them they said it was resent and again nothing. Scam company

When closing the agreement I read that they will charge me 0.9% like intrductory offert
So I instruct my paypal to de decline payment.

I gave 1 star bc you can’t give zero & can’t make a review without giving a star!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It’s a total SCAM!!! I ordered my stuff on January 3, 2026 & still haven’t received anything & it’s February 2, 2026 !!! But yet my tracking says DELIVERED-
I wish I would have read the reviews & the reviews that say 5 stars & good comments are all Lies!! I bought quite a few items & never received anything at all & the tracking literally shows tracking like your package is on its way & again that is ALL A SCAM!!! I was outside my house when I was looking at the tracking & i noticed it said DELIVERED & I’m looking around for a delivery truck, person & actual delivery & there never was one ! I have reached out to every email, website ect.. & all the replies are computer generated, even their phone number is not real it goes straight to “sorry this line does not work “ then the response through email is “ please send tracking number and information “
So I sent my tracking number & information & the response to that is - they literally sent me my tracking number back to me & said tracking number & to visit the website to see where my package is & that it says delivered… so basically they sent me exactly what I sent them! I’m very disappointed & frustrated that I wasted my money & can’t get it back nor have I got a HUMAN RESPONSE explaining what happened & how it can get resolved bc it doesn’t exist!!! On top of all that they were supposed to be sending me 3 gifts for spending as much money as I did & that’s a lot of nerve when they knew good & well they never sent me what I did order period but want to lure you in with free gifts!!
If you read the good comments & reviews you will see how they are all pretty much the same after a bad review they will automatically send 3 back to back 5 star reviews

Would give no stars if I could. The 5 star reviews are all fake and written by bots because you never get the items. Even after contacting them and complaining and them “reshipping” they never get received and all of the tracking info is fake. Beware and don’t fall for it! Even the poorly written and grammatically incorrect emails and tracking info is fake. Should have known…..

Been offered some silly refund options when only a full refund will do for the mess they sent to me.

Fighting for a refund but seems that will be unlikely reading through the comments. I would suggest initiating a chargeback request through your bank and exercising your right to reject the goods under Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. The item I received failed to meet these standards. Hope this helps you all get your money back!

I was very sceptical about purchasing the products advertised after reading some of the feedbacks left by other people, but I'm glad i did go ahead. Very pleased with my purchases, stylish, comfortable, good quality and excellent value.

WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
we placed an order with the full and correct delivery address. when the item wasn't received after a reasonable time, we looked at the shipping address on nilnook's website. the whole of the first address line was missing (house name/number). when we contacted their customer services they insisted the item had been delivered (to where??) and would not countenance a non-delivery or refund, falsely claiming delivery.
goods ordered around the same time turned out to be extremely shoddy and unusable. because of unavoidable delay in opening the goods (away from home) they couldn't be returned within their imposed timescale, and customer services were again very unhelpful in resolving the issue.
WE SHALL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO-ONE ELSE DOES.

Purchased a pair of trainers priced at just under £35 found
The same trainers were on sale at TEMU for less than £7 The quality was rubbish and the returns policy was a rip off beware of this bad company

received my order and I am so disappointed this bra is useless not at all as stated, no support just a piece of rubbish material with two pads in it absolutely shocking only fit for the bin.

Excuse after excuse for a non delivered item I would not trust them with a bargepole!!! Keep well away they appear to be scammers.

Be wary of your order. Despite offering 100% guarantees and full refund, and despite items being despatched to me from an address in the uk, and the company calling itself Nilnook UK, I was told I had to returns had to be sent to North Macedonia, which is cost prohibitive. This information is documented on their website under returns but all the front pages didn’t make that clear. It is also documented on their website that they will offer a 20% discount instead of returning items. A strange policy if you ask me. They must expect a lot of requests to return, not surprising considering that the item I ordered was the correct size according to the sizing guide but was far too small when it arrived.

They were extremely efficient and help when I wanted to change my order. Awaiting exchange now.

I ordered the wrong size of shoe . I realised when it was too late for the order to be changed but was offered two options of what to do.luckily I found someone for the shoe's so didn't have to return them . I was given a 20percent refund which I think is very generous as it was my fault that the order was wrong. I was so impressed with the shoes that were delivered I eventually ordered myself TWO pairs of the correct size.

Ordered what was supposed to be widefit, couldn't get my feet in.As somebody else already stated- difficult to return.Shall give to charity shop and certainly will not look on their site again

My mum ordered a pair of shoes,& was waiting ages for delivery

when the order did eventually turn up.

It was like someone had intercepted the parcel & the shoes was poorly stitched& doesn't look nothing like the picture.

Returning it was a joke costing a further £11.40( the shoes cost 39.99) to macondia.

Still haven't received my refund will put in a further complaint.

I ordered two bras as I was tempted by the "buy one get one free" offer. Unfortunately when my order arrived they had sent me two different sizes. This obviously meant that they had made an error when dispatching the items so I requested a label so that I could return the items for refund. I was told that if I wanted a refund then I had to bear the cost of sending the package to MACADONIA. Alternatively I could keep them and they would issue a 20% refund!!!

I'm sure this must be against the law as they are selling under false pretences? How do I complain?
