Ordered the other day and my stuff was delivered today I tried it and it did absolutely nothing I’ve never found white widow anywhere else and the moment I do it’s a scam and is cbd I have chronic pain for which I am on medical cannabis which is 18% and stronger than this but have none at the moment I have since ordered again 8 different strains but they were ordered yesterday before I got to try the white widow and now I have wasted almost 200£ based on false advertisement don’t fool yourself please read everyone else’s reviews first before buying

Haven't received my order cant even contact them via their website meant to be tracked 24hrs the tracking number doesn't even work......

I’ve used this service for years but I just placed an order and got not receipt and none of the customer service links on the website work. Need some support please…

Seems they have issues as like others I placed an order - crypto been confirmed hundreds of times but no email, no order number. tried customer support but no verification email, no reply from info@. try somewhere else

I placed an order and received a payment confirmation by payment app, but it seems the payment hasn’t been processed on your side!
I’ve already sent through proof of payment, but haven’t had any response, and I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone.
It’s quite frustrating not getting any updates or not being able to reach out / get a response! :/

Hi I ordered something yesterday and forgot to put in order on my reference to send payment via bank transfer and I’ve only received email saying order pending because we need to receive money and whatnot I have been emailing them constantly and worried I have sent payment

I have used nila since I ordered hash and it was sticky rubbish nila brilliant always next ďay and product is always excellent thanks nila

Ordered on Sunday parcel came on Tuesday and was …. Completely empty and still sealed I have tried to contact via there website and via Instagram as I can not find any email, and I have had no response very disappointed. It’s 100% a scam

Waited now already received same products by same methods 24 hour delivery over my 4 orders in total. Outstanding process 2 product received.

No matter which vape you order its going to be burnt in two days and the liquid turns black.

All the time perfect.
Been using them for about a year and a half now and every single order has been delivered and no hiccups. If something happened to the cartridge or something broke or delivery was slow customer support sorted me out straight away. A few of my friends even started using them after I recommended.

I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I’ve been waiting far too long for an item that was advertised and shipped as Royal Mail Tracked 24, yet there has been no delivery and no Royal Mail scan to confirm that the parcel was ever received by Royal Mail.

I placed the order on Sunday morning and initially had a payment issue. I contacted the company through both their portal and email and was told the issue had been resolved 24 hours later.

Two days after that, I sent a follow-up asking for a tracking number and an update. I eventually received a tracking number, but was then told the parcel had been sent out on Monday.

Today is Thursday, and the tracking still shows “We’re expecting it”, with no Royal Mail scan at all. Even allowing for delays of 24 hours, this is not acceptable for a service sold as Tracked 24.

Overall, the communication has been poor, and I’ve had to repeatedly chase for basic information. This level of service is extremely disappointing for a first-time order.

I will update this review if I receive my order. However, based on the lack of tracking movement, the repeated delays, and what I’ve seen from other recent reviews, I’ve honestly come to the conclusion that something isn’t right here.

It feels like only some orders are actually being sent out, possibly just enough to keep a bit of reputation going, while others are left waiting with no real proof that anything was ever posted.

I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, but the whole experience so far has been very disappointing.

UPDATE:
After posting this review, I was contacted by the company and informed that the original parcel was considered lost in transit and that a replacement would be resent.

While I appreciate the acknowledgement, I am still waiting for confirmation that the replacement has actually been dispatched, including a new tracking number that shows a Royal Mail scan. At the time of writing, I have not seen any evidence that the replacement has been physically handed over to Royal Mail.

I will update this review again if and when the replacement arrives.

UPDATE :

Since writing this review, the situation has still not been resolved. The original tracking number provided by the company never showed a Royal Mail acceptance scan and remained on “We’re expecting it”.

The company later stated that the parcel had been lost in transit and that a replacement would be sent. However, the replacement has also not arrived.

After further communication, I was asked to choose my preferred vape again, which I did, but I have still not received confirmation that a new parcel has been physically handed over to Royal Mail or any updated tracking showing a Royal Mail scan.

At this point, several weeks have passed since the original order and I have still not received the item.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this site.

its legit i was genuinely scared it was a scam but i got my order havent tried the product yet but i swear nila is legit, i willll be buying again thanks nila!!
