You couldn’t ask for better service
You couldn’t ask for better service, i returned a faulty sight and was able to get a replacement without any problems at all. Staff are very courteous and I would certainly recommend them.

Wrong charger
The product turned up on time and was exactly what I thought it would be, so far so good.
Took it out of the box and found that it had the wrong charger so i could not charge it. After speaking to the manager, no problem Yada Yada,but here we are two weeks and two E mails later still without a charger.

I was happy with everything apart from the couriers you use, evri, formerly known as hermes, are not at all careful or considerate with customers packages. Thankfully I think my optics are fine but the outer packing was bashed and ripped open. When challenged about this the foreign driver argued back, this must stop as it let's people like yourselves down and could stop customers returning if they know you use poor delivery people.
