I left 2 stars for past orders when they were reliable and acted differently. Their hoodies are of great quality, the only problem is receiving them. I’ve had 2 orders now take forever to get here or say package acceptance pending in a dinky little city nobody has heard of in Minnesota which is their stomping grounds.
In other words, there’s no way they have that many packages to go through and take 6 days to do it. 2 tops and that’s in bigger cities normally but not Timbuk 2 if it was moving and late, it would be progress. For the payment of ground advantage shipping (first class) which is quick, it is not but if it was moving at least that is something. Nope.
It’s still in your city when it should be on my side of the country or at least not in your state. In reality I should’ve gotten it Monday.
I was supposed to receive the item in that amount of time. Nope. I asked them to look into it being they sent the item, nothing. Lots of crickets for customer service that is still one person whenever they feel like answering,
I had hoped they changed like the seller had promised he/she would and was at the time by all the screwups. Seller said he/she was hiring more customer service because it was lacking so bad and that was last year. It still sucks if it even exists anymore,
I am glad I just bought one thing but these guys aren’t reliable and seem to only know how to make cool clothing, problem is we need it to ya know wear them to feel good about one,
Do your job and figure out what is going on in your little post office of your little town because it’s a bloody disaster. I know it’s still there somewhere sitting when it should be on my chest,
A refund will be sought if this keeps up and I just want the item but nobody answers or does anything there but supposedly leave a package somewhere, It’s hard to say anymore but it’s not good,
