I love how intuitive and flexible the site's system is, and there is such a rich community that has grown in nightcafe that is just the best. .

They just take your money and ban you.

The AI has knowledge of many different genres and characters, so its easy to create images from many topics

I've been creating pictures in night cafe for about 9 months, problems with support appeared long time ago when they started blocking arts and putting nsfw tags on my arts which in fact were not nsfw as to their own rules, contacting support did not help, they were absolutely indifferent that they are wrong.
It's interesting to create pictures but everything is crossed out by a disgusting feeling as if the whole support team of night cafe is rummaging through my underwear, because they climb into my promts, evaluate and look at them, although when you participate in a challenge, no one evaluates your promts but the picture. In addition, in free generators, the same promts give absolutely different pictures, which is also a significant minus of the unpredictability of the result and a large waste of credits.
I don't recommend anyone to make pictures on night cafe because of the biased attitude and poor support work. they blocked the account for 3 days and also nsfw pictures, which in their opinion violate the rules. I gave the proofs basing on their rules that they do not violate them, in response I did not receive anything, not even a word. I think that they block and are biased either on the basis of nationality or some so called "stars" on this site are in collusion with technical support and eliminate those who can compete with them.
also some other users post rude insulting or mocking comments, even if you complain to tech support nothing happens, that's how friendly the community is.
I would like to know where I can complain about them for such a disgusting attitude and also what analogues there are because I want to realize my creative potential

No procedure to download your pictures and prompts in case your account suspended (they block your intellectual property).
No procedure to dispute warnings or ban.
Crazy AI moderation procedure -they moderate prompt, not the generated result.

Yet beneath its glossy façade lies a troubling pattern of arbitrary moderation, opaque governance, and serious consumer rights violations that demand scrutiny—not just from users, but potentially from regulators.

While NightCafe promotes itself as an inclusive, community-driven creative space, the reality for many users paints a very different picture. The platform has repeatedly and inconsistently enforced its “community guidelines,” issuing account bans without warning or due process. Reports suggest that content involving LGBTQ+ themes or political messaging is far more likely to be flagged and removed, while sexually explicit imagery involving women is routinely tolerated. This raises serious concerns about ideological bias and discriminatory enforcement—especially given the global diversity of its user base.

More alarmingly, the platform appears to revoke access to purchased credits and paid features following account termination, without issuing refunds or providing any appeals process. This practice is not only unethical—it may well be illegal.

NightCafe Studio is headquartered in Queensland, Australia, and is thus subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Under these laws, digital goods and services must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Furthermore, consumers are entitled to remedies—including refunds—when services are not delivered as promised. In an era where generative AI platforms are proliferating and the boundaries of art, speech, and commerce are rapidly evolving, regulatory oversight must keep pace. Platforms like NightCafe cannot be permitted to profit from user creativity while simultaneously violating basic consumer protections and engaging in ideological censorship.

Australia’s Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) may wish to investigate whether NightCafe’s practices comply with both the spirit and the letter of consumer law. Users, meanwhile, are advised to approach the platform with extreme caution, fully aware that their investment—both financial and creative—can be erased without warning or restitution.

For a company operating in the rapidly expanding space of AI-generated content, NightCafe Studio represents a case study in how not to build trust, community, or legal compliance.

NightCafe has great community and very supportive. The available tools are easy to use and produce great results. It’s great to see the others creators work, and interact with them. It’s an overall fun experience.

Banned my account without warning despite me not violating their terms and conditions. I have never published or created anything that should upset their moderators so either this is a mistake or their automoderation is appallingly bad. Further investigation seems to indicate this is common practise with them (a simple search online will prove this). Their customer support is terrible, it seems they either don't reply or do nothing to help support you. I'm very disappointed. Thankfully I only used this site for whimsy, however I would recommend that others avoid at all costs if they don't want to lose all their efforts or credits. You won't get anything back from them even if you've spent money on subs or credits.

The images it produces look nice and are high quality. However, the AI ignores simple instructions. For example, in one image I stated that the subject should be facing the camera, and yet in the image it produced he was facing away from the camera. In another image I said there were two almost identical paintings on a wall. I described two slight differences between the two paintings, and yet in the image it produced the images were completely different and once again the AI ignored my specific instructions. If you are just after general random images from vague prompts, then the images it produces are nice looking. However, if you want an AI that can follow specific instructions accurately, then sadly my experience so far has been that NightCafe AI has ignored my specific instructions on multiple attempts. I might give it another try a few months down the line to see if the AI has improved, because as I say the images are high quality (just not what I asked for), but for now, it's not what I'm looking for.

I just knew I would end up addicted to this when I started. What fun! There are so many things to do with these models. I'm just a beginner and I got right into it. There's so much inspiration from all the other artists as well and a great community. All the challenges are helpful to get me to be active and learning to hone my skills.

I selected among several of others apps, i am still in a learning curve, on how to manipulate all the options available, but i feel the annoyed because i can't control what i want to achieve, although the community its huge and showings amazing images, i am wondering if all this are real make/ created by each them! Anyhow i keep playing and having fun.

It make me feel inspired and bring out my creative element and very user very site. You can publish for free and share your creations with others around the world who can like and comment on your art work. They give bonuses if where you can earn free credits every day at a normal level that is satisfying and keeps you engaged. It a wonderful community of people and I Just Love it.

I haven’t received any emails despite actively searching for them. I also attempted to log into my old account but couldn’t locate it. When I visited NightCafe, I was prompted to create a completely new account. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any connection or response from Jemmina regarding this issue.

My account remains deleted without any explanation, despite years of membership and a long-term subscription. I would appreciate clarity on why this has happened and assistance in resolving the matter.

According to my personal experience, it is an extremely user-friendly and transparent website, with a lot of conveniences and a rich offer of options thoughtfully connected into a transparent system provided to the user. It is a pleasure to go there, the prices for different levels of selected services are very good, flexibly graded, the offers and support are rich and at the same time offered in an unobtrusive form. I appreciate the possibility of continuous convenient replenishment of credits in small packages and a well-thought-out system of options for obtaining them completely free of charge for various simple activities associated with supporting creativity and building a friendly community of users, sharing with others, but also options for those who want to try privately creating something just for themselves without publishing and without additional fees for privacy. However as an AI image generator this is now one of the very best. For subscribers there is now a plan to suit just about every budget with many of the high quality generators being unlimited and free within your subscription.

The image generation challenges , both official and community, are fun and very popular and it has a very loyal following

For me, overly harsh censorship still remains an issue with really quite innocuous images often either getting marked NSFW or stuck in limbo at referral stage forever. If they ever get round to fixing this I'll gladly give the extra star. I'm not saying that the site should be "anything goes" by any means.

But the type of image (bikini) you'd see on any beach should never be reported as NSFW. We are not in 1925. It's a bit bizarre when many creators are permitted to create NSFW nudity all day long (in my view something really not needed) whilst those who create very innocent material get penalized. The priority is wrong.

Nightcafe is a platform that offers numerous options for generating AI images. You can use NC for free by collecting credits, for example by rating other images or doing well in daily challenges. You then use these credits to generate your own images.

Now comes the problem where I feel ripped off. Since I want to play for free and don't want to waste credits, I test my prompts on various other free AI generators. Almost straight away I get far better results with all of them than with Nightcafe. I don't want to believe that free image generators use better AI than Nightcafe. My guess is that Nightcafe, at least in the free version, throttles its AI so that the user uses up a lot of the credits they have collected for free and then buys more. And that spoils all the fun.
