We understand how frustrating it can be when an order does not arrive as expected and you are unable to get the assistance you need as we do not ship to the USA.
However, we have previously responded to your review requesting your order number so that we could identify the order you are referring to, but we have not received a response.
We have also checked our records using the email address and the first and last name provided, and we cannot locate any order matching these details. We are therefore unable to identify any transaction with us relating to the claims made in this review.

Placed an order at 11am with next day…
Placed an order at 11am with next day DPD delivery.
Had confirmation from Evri expecting parcel, so that's the first error.
Then at 7.34pm I get an email stating out of stock would I like to select a replacement order. That's over 8.5 hours since the order was placed with confirmation from Evri expecting parcel.
So I rang the number on the email to query only to hear an out of office reply.
I sent an email instead stating send something similar and all went smoothly from that point.
The company offer nic pouches at good value so I guess they're extremely busy with orders. I would probably place another order with the company but at least know what to expect next time.

Reviews mean a lot to this company and I have to say they have gone above and beyond to try and rectify the issues I have had. The fact they have a dedicated customer services team is actually a really good thing and Paul sets a good example.

I have been deceived
I have been deceived
Missing parcel, months of chasing and still waiting for the resolution they agreed
Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating.
My order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive the parcel. I contacted the company and provided door-camera footage relating to the delivery. After initially raising the matter with DPD, communication became difficult and I eventually raised a dispute with my credit card provider.
The company then contacted me and offered to resend my order if I cancelled the chargeback. I agreed and asked whether I could have store credit instead of a replacement. They confirmed in writing that they were “more than happy” to do this.
I then contacted my credit card provider and requested cancellation of the chargeback as the company had asked.
After that, I repeatedly chased the company for the agreed credit. I was told they could not issue it because the chargeback was still showing as under review. They specifically told me the 75-day deadline was 6 September 2026.
That deadline has now passed, and I have subsequently been informed that the chargeback was concluded in the company’s favour and the funds have been released back to them.
Therefore, the company now has my money, and the reason I was repeatedly given for delaying my store credit appears to have been resolved.
I have done what was requested of me and relied on their written offer of a replacement/store credit when asking my card provider to cancel the dispute. I am simply asking the company to honour the resolution it agreed with me.
I will happily update this review if the agreed store credit is now issued and the matter is finally resolved.
Do not trust them, they do not live by there word.
