I’ve been shopping with Nicopods uk for over a year now and have to say there customer service and there delivery service is great giving you a 1 hour time slot with DPD, would highly recommend this company as they go the extra mile.

I been waiting 3 weeks and stil hasent received anything.

I ordered a package worth 30€ and never received anything. The tracking number was not accurate (didn‘t give back any information) and i‘ve been emailing support and at first they responded but since i explained my problem they didn‘t want to respond at all, i‘ve sent 5 more emails without any response from Nicopods. I basically got scammed and i DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy from this website. Not trustworthy at all!!!

The estimated delivery time for my country is 4-5 days. I’ve waited for 2 weeks now and my package still hasn’t arrived.

Takes awhile to get to USA. Totally worth the wait tho. Such good flavor and nice kick of nicotine. Great customer service with Snapchat and Facebook the people at nicopodsuk got your back!
