I saw the coffee table in the store and it was absolutely beautiful and had very high quality. Then I ordered that online which only took me 2 minutes to do that. They delivered that on time and assembled it very quickly.

My Wife and I are very pleased with our choice of lounge. Very comfy and fits our living space really nicely. It’s opened up our lounge area a lot and looks superb. Delivery was on time and delivery day was punctual.

We recently purchased a Cobble sofa from Nick Scali and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the piece is excellent — beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and it fits perfectly in our space.

The team in store were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, and they guided us through the different options and configurations so we could choose exactly what suited our home.

Delivery was smooth and the sofa looks even better in person than it did in the showroom. It’s quickly become everyone’s favourite spot in the house.

Love our Nick Scali furniture. Great instore experience. Great delivery. On the downside not being able to contact the store directly is a real pain, the very long lead times and then being charged to take the rubbish away when the items come already assembled and overpacked is quite irritating

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Nick Scali Furniture to think twice.

I spent £1,800 on a sofa and paid £150 for delivery, (where you don't get any choice of the day or time frame they deliver so if you're not available you have to pay another £150) yet the delivery was still a complete mess. When the sofa finally arrived, the delivery team discovered one of the legs was missing and two of the legs were different colours. Because of this, they had to leave the sofa lying on its back, making it unusable in my living room.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of urgency from customer service. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours, but that never happened. I’ve chased multiple times and have largely been ignored.

At the time of writing this review, over 10 days have passed and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. For a company selling furniture at this price point, the service has been shockingly poor.

Paying nearly £2,000 for a sofa only to be left with an unusable product and poor communication is unacceptable. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

If this is how they treat customers after they’ve taken your money, it raises serious concerns about their customer care.

So that's your only response, the legs are going to come 2 weeks after the sofa was delivered. Amazing service.

Like many, We saw a sofa recliner, tried it, found it really comfortable, bought it, 3 months later received a similar to the one we saw in the showroom BUT, comfort, a minus 1.. Not at all what we wanted and what we tried. Stiff sits, creating strain in the upper back, and neck. We contacted them and like many unhappy people, it went round and round and round with the Philippines, Sydney Brisbane.. We offered a swop with the one we had tried in the showroom, they refused.. Here goes to say, us consumers, are taken for a ride.. Unfortunately, these companies know how to go in between the legal of consumer law, they know and we all fall victim of that. Saying this, we will get rid of this sofa even if it goes into land field and will buy from another company BUT never again form Nickscali. Please do your research before buying, as unfortunately we did not do that, and this is the result. I hope Consumer Choice investigate their processes on never to provide a swop or a refund to consumers, I also hope the ACCC investigate them as well.

Ordered a sofa on 6th December , the UK domestic delivery will end up taking longer than the global shipping. Nick Scali had no issue already requesting full payment + payment for the delivery for which the date is yet to be confirmed. Their delivery partner advised 13th March which is not suitable, I could therefore only decline and they simply say "we'll let you know when we are in your area again" i.e. when it is convenient to them I am yet to hear back on their next available date. When reaching out to customer service I was advised that this is normal. I am yet to see the final product.

Nick scali didn't honour fairly their 2 years manufacture warranty for defective leather lounge. i would not buy from them again.

Apalling service and still awaiting delivery 4 months later. I purchased a couch set online in November and communication has been lacking through every step of the process. The product is yet to arrive and is beyond the promised delivery times with no effort to provide support. Final payment was made as requested 3 days prior to the promised delivery and then cancelled with no phone call or communication to say otherwise. It has now been 6 days since final payment requested and made, and they are still failing to even pick up a phone and have a conversation. Would not recommend. Poor service. Poor communication and extensive time delays.
I absolute dispute your response below as I have written proof of sending proof of my payment 7 days ago and 3 days PRIOR to my scheduled delivery. I have also since received an apology for your internal error so I suggest you review your internal communications prior to making any incorrect accusations. Please arrange immediately delivery as I don't expect to wait another month for my items.

I brought a mattress I had tried it out install I decided to purchase online but I asked in store. Are you sure your mattresses don’t come rolled up and prepackaged vacuum seal because I’m not interested in those kind they assured me they didn’t sell any of those so I double checked when I decided to order the mattress online that I tried it out in store and I asked the people from the Nick scali on the number provide for them online the same question about the mattress being rolled up vacuum sealed and in a small box they assured me also online from the number that was provided that they did not sell any of those type of mattresses at all but after I purchased a few days later online and ended up waiting a few weeks for my urban medium mattress I was extremely disappointed to realise it had come rolled up and vacuum sealed in a box I would have never brought it if I had know they deliver mattresses rolled up vacuum sealed in a box I’m so annoyed and will never trust this company again I had planned on ordering a bed/bedroom side tables and other products from this store but after my horrible experience I decided to go threw another company if you are thinking of going threw Nick Scali you may want to look into other companies first I wish I had . I wish it would allow pictures I have left other reviews on other review platforms where pictures are allowed

I have ordered furniture for delivery next week, I went in to pay the final balance today but the store refused to accept cash. I was told credit only, which i did but then charged an $18 fee. This is disgusting, when was cash discontinued in Australia. Very disappointed and would not return there.

Update: email received from Nick Scali, this is normal of their products to look like this and it is to be expected, see below for their response and bare in mind these issues were reported to them the day after delivery before ‘wear and tear’ could have possibly happened!

We have had an independent furniture specialist complete an inspection on the furniture, and he has concluded that the concerns raised are not manufacturing defects, but natural characteristics of the furniture. He has advised that the issues are normal and with regular care and maintenance as detailed in the

Softening of padding and cushions will occur over time, this will cause light creasing and wrinkling, this is normal and need to be smoothed out on a regular basis, ideally after the furniture has been used. Softening of seat cushions over time is completely normal and is not considered a defect in any way. Sitting on one particular seat most of the time will cause that seat to soften more that the others. For an even wear, alternate your choice of seat regularly.

With use, the seat cushions will look flat but by plumping the seats, this will bring them back to shape, maintaining the appearance and performance. If the furniture does not receive this care and maintenance on a regular basis, the filling in the cushions will compress.

I am not aware of the reviews you are looking at, however, the Willow range has been sold for a number of years now in in the UK and Australia, and quality issues are extremely rare.

The sofa is free of any manufacturing defects, and taking this into consideration along with the evidence to hand, we would not be able to progress your claim any further at this time.

Please research before buying from this company, a quick Facebook search will give you hundreds of people who have received substandard furniture that have been scammed by this company all with videos and photos to back up these complaints. The after sales service is actually shocking and even after being delivered obviously damaged sofas that are not fit for purpose they offer no compensation or exchange of the product. I really have no idea how they are not following the consumer rights we should all be protected by. BBC watchdog have contacted me and look like they may take on this company which would be amazing so more people are informed before making such a large purchase. Nick Scali please switch back on the photo feature so people are able to see for themselves what they will be buying and not simply your store furniture that is a completely different standard to what you deliver! I wish I had spent my £2000 with a reputable company. Nick Scali please don’t comment asking for more details or saying my claim has been looked at by the service team as again it gives customer the impression something is being done when this is simply not the case.

We love our beautiful new lounge! Very lush and comfortable. Was great to be able to custom design our modular lounge to fit our needs and style.
Ordered online for Brisbane delivery, it arrived within the advised time frame, delivery service was convenient and affordable.

They did not honour warranty after I spilled liquid on my velvet couch.

The product is really good! Though the delivery time was an absolute eternity. We ordered on 6/9/25 and took delivery on 17/01/26 which is even longer than their 17week max delivery time due to “unexpected global disruptions”
Unfortunately really tainted our experience but other than that our couch is great!

We love our new Messmate table, it fits into our home decor. We’re really happy to buy Australian hardwood from our sustainably managed forests. The delivery team were great and punctual. Great product, it’s the second in our family now.

I would like to confirm that buying from Nick Scali was a great experience. I selected a sofa set from the online platform. The process was easy, with every step of the way simple to follow. The time line was as advertised. Having selected the sofa set sight unseen, I did go to nearest shop to confirm my requirements, the staff were very helpful and professional. All in all a great experience. I am now enjoying the comfort of a well made product!
