A tale of two tranches

The order was promptly dispatched for 2 boxes.
Delivery by Australia Post was made in two tranches, two days apart. Not nick’s fault, it is just evidence of the state of disarray into which AP has allowed itself to fall.

We have been customers of Nicks for…

We have been customers of Nicks for many a year. In particular for us it is the wine ratings and reviews which are always really valuable, and the reviews and deals on scotch whiskey. Amazing range of products and competitive pricing. They know their stuff and it is why we always go back to Nicks and recommend our friends to as well!

Really impressed

Really impressed. Made a call first about the product I wanted. Super helpful staff member. Product was sent the following day by courier & it arrived safely. The packaging was excellent and I won't hesitate in shopping with Nick's Wine Merchants again.

Slowish delivery

Products received in undamaged condition. Delivery period was a bit longer than what I was expecting (7 working days Melbourne to Brisbane). The tracker basically showed freight was en route to Brisbane for around 5 days and was not really updating. Even with COVID restrictions, it seems a little slow.

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff. When a substitution was required their efforts to provide a suitable replacement erased the annoyance of needing it.
