The team were very organised. They discussed the best option for the tree pruning. The job they completed pruning 2 trees was fantastic. They tidied up and left the garden looking really tidy. Fantastic team of 6 who arrived early, prepped the tree for cutting & proceeded with caution & care to securely lop the huge branches, strategising at each stage what branches to cut in what order to maintain the balance of the leaning tree. Cleared up after themselves completely - can’t fault them.

Wow absolutely amazing work.
I had a large beech tree removed from the front of my property yesterday as it was causing a few issues. I had been let down by a previous company however, nick and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish.
They were so friendly, respected neighbouring properties, cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated with what was happening following the removal.
A few of my neighbours came over to say they found it fascinating to watch the techniques they used to take the tree down and did an amazing job! I couldn’t agree more. I’m so happy and would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

Nick and his team are very professional, caring and honest. They worked tirelessly all day on a very hot day. They were very tidy and cleaned up after they had finished.

Professional from start to finish!
It's hard to find genuine trades who don't let you down. However, these guys were no-nonsense from start to finish.
Nick and the lads did a great job and were most respectful of our property, leaving it nice and tidy.
We have already made enquires around future work and we have no qualms in recommending them.

Thanks for your response Nick however I stand by this review. Your company advised a 40% reduction and the appalling work was paid by the residents group. We had a council tree inspector look over the work and he was horrified, is well aware of your company and warned us off ever using you for anything again.

Terrible company that butchers trees leaving them an absolute mess. Their poor efforts at pollarding and thinning seem completely overdone and put the trees under considerable stress resulting in huge amounts of epicormic growth that blocks pavements.
They seem more interested in getting money than doing what is best for the tree

I have used Nick Bailey three times in the last twelve years to deal with my continually growing eucalyptus tree. I never imagined it would keep growing so much. He did a marvellously artistic job of shaping it the first two times, but the frost finally got to it, and it had to come down.
Once again, I was not disappointed with their efforts, which involved swinging each piece over my neighbour’s fence (enclosed garden) and then over another one, into a walkway, at the end of which their truck was parked.
Extremely hard work for all of them, for which I am very grateful.
I would recommend this company to anyone, even if access is difficult. So friendly and helpful.
Left the place extremely tidy (leafblower to remove the sawdust/wood).
