Always delivered quickly
Always delivered quickly. Always wrapped elegantly and are well as good as these super brands charge us. This is my second order with this site. Last time I got Tuscan leather, Chanel No5 and Dior
This time I got Chanel le Bleu.
Creed aventus absolu
Prada paradoxe
Every time I wear his scents I’m complimented on them. My colleagues think I have a perfume collection worth thousands so I don’t correct them!! Easy to order. Love the site and deffo a top “inspired” by perfume supplier. I just wish they wouldn’t sell out so quick!! I usually only ever wore Burberry touch and nothing else. This website made me try something new. I’m glad I did. When Burberry touch changed recipe it ruined the fragrance for me!!!

Thank you so much for such an incredible review!
We're absolutely delighted to hear that this is your second order with us and that you've continued to enjoy the fragrances you've chosen. It's fantastic to know that scents like Chanel Le Bleu, Creed Aventus Absolu and Prada Paradoxe have impressed you just as much as your previous selections.
We had a good laugh reading that your colleagues think you have a fragrance collection worth thousands! Receiving compliments is one of the best parts of wearing a great fragrance, and we're thrilled that our scents are helping you make such a lasting impression.
It's especially rewarding to hear that we've helped you step outside your comfort zone and discover new fragrances after being loyal to Burberry Touch for so long. We know how disappointing it can be when a favourite fragrance changes, so we're honoured that you've trusted us to help you find new scents to enjoy.
Thank you for your kind words about our delivery, packaging, website and overall service. We truly appreciate your support and loyalty. We'll do our best to keep those popular fragrances in stock, although it's always a good problem to have when our customers love them so much!
We look forward to helping you discover even more favourites in the future.

Have been ordering from NC for while…
Have been ordering from NC for while now and always been happy with fragrances I've received, few weeks ago I decided to try their higher perfume content fragrances, so thought I would order fragrances that I regularly buy to be able to compare, they had offer on for 3 100mm bottles so sent the order off and fragrances as usual came in a timely manner
Had high hopes of enjoying these but ended up feeling little bit disappointed all 3 of the fragrances just seemed a bit off ( lacking the usual hit you get with their fragrances), so spent a couple of days living with them and still nothing...quite far off in their notes and weak?...so I reached out to NC and asked them did I get bad batch or some other problem...first their email is incorrect on their site they have domain as .co.uk.co.uk so email bounced back, so tried sending again to correct email (29th May) and not heard a thing back, wasn't asking for money back I simply asked...how do we sort it?...this is the email I sent
Good Morning...hope this email finds you well, I just wanted to reach out about a order I received last week of 3 EDP fragrances
Can I ask what did you do?, they are terrible, as you can see from my account I've been buying from you for quite a while and always been happy with what you send, but these...not anywhere near your usual standard
I'm not sure if it's bad batch?
The LV Imagination is nothing like as good as your standard bottle...it's weaker and smells nothing like LVI
BR540 same...weak and different
Aventus...just very weak
Didn't want to leave feedback on site as I've always found you great company to deal with but £80 for these is not good
How can we resolve it?
Many thanks

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback and for being a loyal customer of Nicholas Charles Fragrances.
Firstly, we'd like to apologise that your recent experience did not meet the standards you've come to expect from us. As a returning customer who has ordered from us multiple times, we genuinely value your feedback and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We're particularly sorry to learn that you felt the fragrances were not performing as expected compared to previous purchases. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when ordering fragrances you know well and specifically chose for comparison purposes.
We can also see from your review that you sent us an email regarding this issue and did not receive a response. We sincerely apologise for this. This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide. Unfortunately, it appears your enquiry was not picked up, and we completely understand your frustration after taking the time to contact us directly before leaving a review.
We would very much like the opportunity to investigate this further and find a resolution for you. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and while fragrance performance can sometimes vary due to formulation, maturation, storage conditions and personal perception, we take all concerns regarding quality seriously.
Please contact our customer support team again and reference your order number, and a member of our team will personally review the matter with you. We would much rather have the opportunity to resolve concerns directly than leave a valued customer feeling disappointed.
Thank you again for your honesty and for your previous support of Nicholas Charles Fragrances. We hope we can restore your confidence in us.
