Nichebazaarstudio Arvostelua

I had been searching for some Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses for a while, and Niche Bazaar Studio had an excellent range (significantly more than the actual JJM boutique store in Marylebone).
I was unsure which pair I wanted and ordered more than one. I spoke to the store on the phone and they were super helpful. Delivery arrived by the next morning. I kept the pair I wanted and they kindly accepted the returned items back and promptly provided the refund.
I am very happy to give them 5stars and will be more than happy to buy more glasses from them in the future. Highly recommend.

Very professional and super helpful team. Have used Niche on numerous occasions and rate the whole experience highly. Will definately return.

Excellent customer service again. So professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Great experience. Very prompt replay and great assistance.

From start to finish, Niche is the absolute best. The communication was outstanding, quick follow-up and the very best customer service. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Beautiful people with wonderful energy and a professional approach to the customer. Sonia, the optometrist, is very kind and patient. You feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. They have a wide selection of frames, from modern to classic. And each one seems unique. Joanna, a smiling, cheerful, and professional woman, helped me choose the frames. Ultimately, I chose JMM Dealan. I'm currently testing the new progressive lenses, also made by Niche Bazaar Studio. Thank you so much, best regards. I'll definitely be back when the new collection arrives. Marzena

Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly customer service on every visit. I have to travel around two hours each way, but the effort is always worth it.
The range of glasses is exceptional; style, colours and designs are unique.

Always a five star service for niche and the staff.

Fabulous service

Great service and fast communication
Thank you I will recommend

They were very helpful in searching for a particular model / unit I wanted, patiently explained the details over email (ans I was overseas) and made shipping exactly on the date I had asked them to. In particular Rory was genuinely supportive. Good luck to all of them.
