I love the curtains and the fabric. They shipped quickly and wrapped beautifully. I will say to add a few inches on your measurements for the folding of the curtain. I guess I thought they did that but I wished I would have added a few more inches on each side for more of a wave. Loved the free tie backs as well.

Not very pleased. The curtains are EXPENSIVE...but appear and feel NOT expensive. Will not purchase from them again. So sorry.

I stumbled upon Nicetown via social media after looking for hours for exactly what we wanted.I loved that there was an option to chat with someone. We sent our Rep. pictures of our window along with measurements and the workmanship, color, length and width were perfect. We loved them so much we placed a second order 2 weeks later.

I ordered a shade sail and sent the dimensions needed for a triangle shaped shade sail. You would think its pretty failsafe, but not with NICETOWN.... I took off 12 inches as instructed and there are huge sags in the sail it does not even hang straight!!!! So disappointing to take the time to measure propertly and then to receive a SUB PAR product! Tight fit on the edges and huge sags in the middle!!!! No response to date from anyone at Nicetown. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CHINA CROOKS!!!!!

Exactly the size I ordered, very odd measurements because I ordered the more door type of insulated sound proof curtains for my bedroom windows. Really shocking how well the soundproofing is, I have 3 dogs and they do not react to my wife coming home in her v6 Edge or me coming home in my CRX, they do hear my mini but I put on a really loud exhaust so everyone within a mile hears that. I think mine were 77x46 and exactly those measurements. Ya they’re made in China, like most products you buy in America from American companies and I understand a certain trepidation toward buying those products as most are quite inferior to their advertisements but this isn’t one of those products and the review I read as top on this list is about as racist as a review can be. Like seriously stfu, if you can’t work a tape measure, it’s no one else’s fault. I was going to get some magnets and sew them down the sides and have matching ones to attach them snug to my window trim but it’s not been necessary they fit perfectly and fall perfectly after I modified my rod mounts to hold the curtains closer to the wall.

Nice Town is a Chinese company that are absolute crooks! They pretend to have an office in the US but do not answer any phone calls or emails from the US. Every response is from overseas from China or the Philippines including their headquarters and customer support. I dealt with Amy in communist China after my curtains did not fit. My curtains were over 14 inches too short for my living room window. Amy asked if I wanted to buy a third curtain to put in the middle of the two short curtains... what an idiot and insult to suggest buying a third incorrect curtain! I explained to her that the sizing instructions on the Nice Town website are incorrect, so Amy changed the website sizing instructions because they were misguiding, after I already placed my order! I requested Nice Town to send the correct sized curtains and Amy refused!!! I then requested a return authorization and Amy refused my request to return the short curtains and offered a 1% discount.
After two weeks of wasted phone calls and emails, I finally called my Visa company and had them cancel the payment to Nice Town.
BEWARE!!! You have been warned!!!
By the way, this company has it's friends and family give them good reviews to hide how crooked they really are!

The curtains are exactly what I ordered and exactly what I wanted and expected. I am very pleased. If I ever need similar curtains I will go back to nicetown.

BEWARE! Never received items, still charged. No customer service to help locate our order. All of the burden put on the buyer.

The customer service was top notch! It is the main reason for giving a 5-star review. The Shade sail didn’t work for my application, but after close, consistent and reliable contact with Amy in Customer Service, all concerns were resolved. I’m so satisfied with my experience with nicetown!!

I highly recommend this company! The service was excellent and timely. I ordered the custom Hussein premium soundproof curtains for my french doors to keep the sun out and the cold out this winter... they are awesome.

I love that I was able to purchase drapes with custom dimensions instead of the standard ones. I am happy with the quality and look of my new drapes.

DO NOT TRUST NICETOWN !!!!!!!
We purchased curtains and rods from this website, trusting what the website claims : that these rods are capable of supporting the weight of all their curtains, including the heavier ones. This is absolutely untrue : the rods and mounts are extremely cheap and weak. The mounts immediately came out of the wall (even-though we used heavy duty screws in a sturdy wall and the rods bent under the weight of the curtains.

This is bad in itself, but THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR REFUND POLICY. On their website it states that if there is a quality problem with a product they will issue a refund. I provided photos and videos of the problem, which the customer service agent did consider a fault with quality as she offered a refund….but the refund was for 30$ !!!! The rods cost us 247$.

I insisted but the agent just ghosted me.
I tried again with another agent, who then offered 100$, which is still not the price of the rods and not the policy they offer….. this one stopped answering also.

This is a complete scam: Do not trust them.

Also, the curtains are not worth the money, they are not soundproof at all.

Do not waste your money.

Update : NiceTown did give me a refund after I posted this review and another on their website. It's a shame I had to post any bad review to get to that, as this is the refund policy they have on their website...but I did get a refund so in the end they were honest. In light of this experience I changed my review from 1 star to 3.

We love our curtain. We purchased it to block noise from our apartment's noisy central air unit. As a hard of hearing person, I am finally able to hear the people in the room with me!

Excellent product and responsive company. The outdoor curtains are attractive and well-made. Colors are true. Highly recommend. Good value for the money!

LOVE OUR NICETOWN CURTAINS!
I wanted privacy on our small screened in porch but still wanted to be able to see outside and allow breezes in. These curtains are perfect! I needed a custom size, and the fit is perfect. I actually could have ordered them a bit wider but they still are great. I would reorder with Nicetown! Great company to work with.

I ordered a SOUNDPROOF curtain. This product is not even sound reducing. Very dissatisfied. Customer service is offering a $35 refund. I paid $138. Do not buy from Nicetown!!

We purchased 4-layer curtains to reduce the sound from a nearby freeway. The sound reduction in our bedroom is a great improvement. So not only do the curtains look god they are functional. While some other curtains might also reduce sound I believe this the best you can get and the price is right.

I have purchased almost $2,000 worth of outdoor curtains for my yard. Initially, I was quite impressed with the heaviness/look of the fabric; however, over the first year, it began to break down and I could see the material shredding. Into the second year, there are over 20 areas of shredding and if you brush up against the fabric, white powder comes off. I wrote to the company and they said my 1 year warranty was up and offered 30% off my next purchase. Why would I purchase from them again, if there material only lasts 1.5 years?????? Not acceptable! Would not recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent order. I had ordered three different colors, but unfortunately, two of them were incorrect. To make matters worse, the fabric used was completely different from what was shown in the samples. The sewing quality of the products was also extremely poor. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of after-sales support from the company. They have been ignoring my emails and have not been picking up the phone.
