I attended a Nice To Meet dinner last week and had a fantastic experience. The event was well-organized, the restaurant selection was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to connect with others. I had the opportunity to meet five great people in the area who, like me, are looking to build meaningful connections and expand their social circles. The conversations flowed naturally, and it genuinely felt like the start of new friendships. I would absolutely attend again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to meet new people in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

This is my first time doing anything like this, so I have nothing to compare. My experience was good!

If you are open to experience in general, and in this case meeting new likeminded people IRL, this was an easy and enjoyable way to possibly expand your social circle. Beats endless texting and scrolling to nowhere.

The people were extremely friendly and professional. We had several conversations going but had adequate time to chat individually as well. Would have been nice to have more men join the group! Great experience overall.

Nicetomeet is a really great way for people over 50 to meet each other. The company seems takes care in matching people they think would have get along well. They also pick unique restaurants w/ great food. In particular, my second outing was very successful on that account. And the grouping was small enough so that everyone got a chance to talk to each other. Good conversation and a great meal!

The venue proved to be an exceptional and delightful choice, and as someone who truly appreciates quality cuisine, that made a significant impact on my experience. Meeting my dinner companions was equally enjoyable; we discovered several shared interests, including a passion for food, a love of travel, and connections within our respective industries. It was my first time and I am glad that I went. I will try it again. I do wish that the location was not always in Center City. It would be nice if meet ups could be in other locations such as King of Prussia or even other areas of the city, such as city line Avenue or Manayunk. But I do like the concept. Also, maybe if it could be other days of the week possibly a Sunday or Saturday afternoon. For lunch.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tara, Shameem, Bettina, Nichole, and Dave—everyone brought great energy, and the conversation flowed naturally all night. It was the perfect balance of lively and comfortable, which can be hard to find in a new group setting.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere at Avanti made it even more enjoyable—warm, inviting, and ideal for getting to know new people.

The locations vary and that is a real plus to me. The coordinator makes a concentrated effort to actually read and pair up those with similar likes.
It can be a challenge as I am sure that every effort is made to centralize the restaurant based on participants locations. Therefore there may be some travel time involved to the restaurant. But then it is worth the effort to meet new people and try a restaurant that you have not been to before.

I had never heard of nice to meet the ad came across my IG feed. I thought it was an interesting way to meet people, small group, possibly like minded , no pressure for romantic connections. I’m new to this area with zero friends, why not? I took the plunge. I had a great time . A group of interesting adults, great conversations. At the end of the day we as humans all crave good food, good clean fun and if you make a new friend to connect on a hobby or interest you have in common it’s the cherry on top. I highly recommend. What else are you gonna do?? lol

Just wanted to tell you about an event I went to! The venue was fantastic, and the menu had so many options. The atmosphere was buzzing with new people, and thankfully the music wasn't loud, so actual conversations were happening! The groups were perfectly sized, which made it easy to briefly get to know everyone. It was cool how diverse everyone's backgrounds were, and the conversation just flowed, covering everything from careers to hobbies. A pretty neat experience overall!
