Great service, kept us up to date throughout the process!

Can’t thank Michael Greaves and Ashlee Davis enough for their excellent service getting my Mortgage set up. The process was seamless and Ashlee kept us well informed and up to date on the process. This is the second time we have used this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Appreciate all your hard work Michael and Ashlee.

We are really grateful to NHMS for helping us with our mortgage for a new build home. Ashlee and Georgia were great at updating us at each stage and very helpful answering any questions.
Initially we felt a bit harassed as the day we had reserved our home we received multiple calls from NHMS about setting up a mortgage meeting. It was a weekend and we were celebrating our son’s birthday so we were quite busy and we didn’t want to spend the day discussing mortgages. They even contacted our house builder saying we weren’t answering the phone which felt embarrassing.
Also we were informed by our initial advisor that we wouldn’t be required to send certain paperwork and could save the hassle which is why he offered us mortgages with a certain bank. This turned out not to be the case and we had to send multiple copies of statements and letters etc. so we felt a bit misled.
Overall we had a good experience with NHMS but we were made to feel quite pressured and stressed in the initial stages of the process.

Ashlee was great at communicating and keeping me up to date. There was a couple extra documents required and she acknowledged these straight away and sent them off to my lender meaning they approved my mortgage the same day. Very happy with the service and Ashlee was lovely to deal with, would definitely recommend!

Ashlee and Dean were absolutely outstanding. I could not have asked for better support on the phone and on video chat. We got a great deal on our Mortgage and our protection policies, and I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work.

The experience of mortgage application with NHM can be described as first class. The onboarding process of looking for potential lenders to shortlisting of possible lenders based on our personalised circumstance was just fantastic. The weekly updates, once the mortgage application was submitted made the whole process seamlessly smooth and less stressful. All the credit goes to Sean Taggart and Ashlee Davis. We are indeed grateful.

There was bit of mis co-ordination between the sales team + Ops team. I have to submit the same documents 2 times and in the second attempt the list of documents were bit different. please make sure the sales people have the correct list so that customers dont have to resubmit anything and be ready of anthing extra needed.

We had some missed payments and defaults on our credit file from 2+ years ago that we presumed would mean we couldn’t get a mortgage at the level required without going to a specialist lender.

New homes managed to not only find us a mortgage but managed to get us multiple options almost £300 a month cheaper than other brokers.

Jonathan and Ashlee have been amazing. They’ve talked us through everything, helped us and been there to answer our questions.

A huge thanks to them and John at NHM Scotland for their help along the way.

Firstly special THANKS to Sean Taggets and Nixie Tucker and John Irvine, Ashlee Davis who made this process seem easy. We changed builder and they wanted us to use their mortgage advisor but NHMS had been so professional, so I choose them. I am so glad we did 100% perfect and rapid and always call at the time they say. Honestly, in my opinion you can’t get better. That’s something I rarely write or say.
