Thank you Sharya for your great help, Sharya was attentive and helpful, I'm in the middle of purchasing my new flat and I can't thank you enough for making my first experience of buying my new flat easy, I'm so excited.

Samuel was super helpful throughout and a pleasure to work with.

Shreya was for sure the best part of my experience finding my dream flat. Since the first day I started viewing my options she was not only so professional but she was also very kind and patient. Initially I liked 2 flats and she was able to do a second appointment so that i could make up my mind and even then she was friendly and ready to answer all my questions. She is a great asset to the company , you can tell she does the job with passion and honesty

The communication & customer
service was excellent, & I was very impressed with the properties I viewed, exactly how it was on the website. I would definitely recommend NHG Homes

We have met @Shreya Vyas during our process to buy a property at Lampton Parkside. We are really impressed as her communication was clear, prompt, and professional throughout our interactions. She answered all our questions and provided insights that helped us to make a well-informed decision. She made the initial buying process feel personalized and focused on our needs. She genuinely listened to us and with her in-depth knowledge in the NHG housing, the process went smoothly. She kept us informed every step of the way. Her timely responses made the process much smoother.

Shreya was informative, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks to her a lot of the stress of finding and moving into a new home was removed. Couldn't have asked for better.

I had an overall great experience working with Dereck on my new home. From start to finish, he was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question or ran into an issue, Dereck was always easy to get ahold of and quick to resolve the problem. His responsiveness and willingness to make things right made the entire process much smoother. I appreciate his dedication and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Shreya was extremely helpful and gave us detailed shared ownership information, even though we walked in without an appointment. As first-timers, we really appreciated the time and attention she gave especially taking us around the site in such bad weather. Great experience!

Shreya from NHG Homes was absolutely amazing throughout my London property purchase with Fitdy. She guided me clearly, handled everything smoothly, and made the whole process stress-free. Truly dedicated, supportive, and professional. Highly recommended!

Amazing and helpful team

As a first-time buyer, the process has been overwhelming at times. Dereck from NHG Homes made everything feel far less complex. Even though I’m still in the journey, he took the time to explain things, and I never once felt rushed. He really grasped the idea of what exactly I was looking for. After viewing many properties and having some mixed experiences, it felt he really has that ability to genuinely speak my language, which makes all the difference when making final decisions.

Samuel and Jack were really helpful and made our buying home process way easier
Thanks

I completed the purchase of my new home through NHG and couldn’t be happier with how smooth and well-organized the entire process was leading up to completion; everything was handled with professionalism. A huge thank you to Iram Malik and Steven Lam. It was a pleasure working with them. Iram was patient, supportive and always available to show the properties repeatedly under my request and answer my questions. Steven Lam explained everything clearly and his guidance helped me to understand the steps for a smooth settling in

Buying with Steven was an amazing and pleasant experience. He explained everything simply and thoughtfully. He was always available and I feel he never took a break as It felt I could always get hold of him. Even after collecting our keys we had a small issue with our parking spot which he went above and beyond to solve. Less than 12 hours later all was rectified and we're very happy with it all 😊

I recently bought my new home through NHG, and I couldn’t have done it without Samuel. It's been fantastic to work with him. From start to finish, he was patient, supportive, and always available to answer my many questions. Samuel suggested I take a look at a two-bedroom property, and he was absolutely right, it turned out to be perfect for me. Thanks to his guidance and great advice, I now have a place I’m proud to call home. I would highly recommend Samuel to anyone looking to buy a property.

Steven Lam was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, supportive, and always welcoming. His positive outlook kept my spirits up throughout the shared ownership process and moving ,making a potentially stressful experience much easier. He explained everything clearly, supported me every step of the way, and went above and beyond. When I faced a difficult situation, he acted swiftly and effectively, showing real care and dedication.

Great Experience with Marco in Aspect Croydon.
He patiently answered all my questions, show all the types of apartments and even entertained my toddler so I could focus on the viewing!

He kept me updated about incentives/price drops and responded to all my questions even after viewing.
