Vietnam Nguyen Adventure Arvostelua

Thank yoU Jay Nguyen for your kind support and consulting. We emailed them 2 months upon our arrival and all our questions and requests were accommodated and answer perfectly. And on our arrival, the tours and services were delivered at the top level and kind attitude. The guides all spoke perfectly english and very knowledgeable on the places we visit. Highly recommend them.

Booked numerous of services with Nguyenadventure, everything went smoothly as the schedule mentioned. I couldn't ask for more and they deserve all the highest praises for organizing the memorable trip of my whole family with 2 little kids. We all were so touched by the way they picked us up and gave us thoughtful advice when we traveled during the virus outbreak, they even brought us masks for every single person day by day and helped us to change the flight back home, canceled a few last service which was cut off earlier without any extra fees.
Thank to Nguyenadventure for everything. We definitely will find you guys again for our future trips and recommend you for all travel fellows we meet.
Much love,
Nathan

Great packages in 10 days around northen Vietnam. They organized Halong Bay, Ninh Binh 2 days and Hanoi city tour for us. It was a great combination of discovery and relaxation. Also their hotel selections were all perfect, great location and so clean. I totally recommend their services to everyone

I had the mission of planning a customized Vietnam trip for my family. A little bit of research online was needed as I was not totally familiar with Vietnam to draft a 10 days program.

The planned trip had a tight deadline especially as it was some days before the Chinese New year. After reaching several companies online, Nguyen Adventure was the one replied promptly. The first email communication was compact with a very detailed program that was well thought. Very warm thanks to Chuong from Nguyen Adventure. He was truly wonderful & quick in assistance from start to finish. This includes everything from entry requirements to transfers and flights. The payment process was smooth by the online terminal.

The trip finished perfectly and it's such a comfort as I have never used a travel agent before. I have to say thank you, Chuong again for standard attention & true customer service.

That was the first time my family and I travelled together. We chose Nguyen Adventure for our time 10 days in the north of Vietnam and it was unforgetable trip with all the members in our family. We got easy contact and quick answer from Chuong. He helped us book Halong tour 2 days 1 night on cruise(good price but so nice cruise and food. It was the highlight of the trip),Ninh Binh trip and guided us around city and tried a lot of delicious street food in the old quater. We learnt lots of things from him. Say thank you is not enough but I will recommend to all my friends choose his company when they travel to Vietnam. It was awsome trip!
