Very thorough, attentive and detailed. It was very important to me to not make a decision without feeling pressured or rushed! I felt heard!!! I felt guided to customize my plan to My Needs, stronger credit long term, while still getting me out of a vicious cycle && savings!! It's a win-win for me! Actually, after I had a chance to thoroughly read through the paperwork, I discovered I had been mislead and had to cancel the program. I was told that none of the accounts involved would be adverselfy affected --even after I clearly stated that one of them was through a customer of mine that I deal with at work. After reading through the documentation I discovered that the program would actually cut out about 50% of what I owe to them --and that would put my job in jeopardy. I was also told it wouldn't affect my credit score and I wouldn't get any mail/emails/phone calls about past due bills -- after reading the documentation I discovered that was a lie. So I had no choice but to decline participating in the program. I don't know why I was lied to/mislead...
