Worst service
Worst service, paid money in full for fast service along with all documents required.. promised to get the visa in 6 to 9 month's.. 4 years back and no follow up and once they took the money thats it and part of the contract clause is refund if its they couldn't deliver their service and ofcorse they don't do that.. waste of money and time and very bad service and customer service

Paid for a Service, Got Ignored
Since April 26, 2020
It's hilarious when you pay for a service only to be completely ignored. it's a scam. But seriously, this whole 'the manager will call' nonsense is ridiculous. It's like I need a presidential appointment to get a call I don't even want. I've hit a brick wall with this company. Next up? Sharing every detail, including screenshots, with a nice little public link for everyone to enjoy.
The service itself is a complete joke. Nothing works as it should, and they shrug off any complaints. Save yourself the headache and avoid this pathetic excuse of a business.
A refund is requested as soon as possible, however, I will go for the next step in a couple of days + AWS.
What a strange reply from you. Scammer? Okay then, let's see if I'm a scammer or not. Nice response, as if i dont work in customer support. No need to reach out anymore, I have reached out a lot with no response. I have been granted a visa for the UAE, and I am coming to the office for a face-to-face review with all documents, emails, and voice calls with a UAE lawyer and the government. see you soon, Nexus Team.
Please remember the "Scammer" word. Moreover, if you have a database base go check the date since April 26, 2020 who signed an agreement with Alisha and Raj. Until we meet then.

Google review is wrong about NEXUS…
I don't how Google review is showing over 4,5 stars AND I think they are paying people to write positive reviews but I should say, they just take money and don't do anything. We have been waiting 2 years. O progress in application, case managers changed 4 times at least.
