Unfair Account Deactivation – Time Zone Misinterpretation!
My account with NextProptrader was deactivated on April 30, 2025, due to alleged trading during restricted hours. The reason given was a trade executed at 13:37 UTC — however, I am based in Turkey (UTC+3), which means the trade took place at 16:37 local time, well outside the restricted window (20:15–22:00 UTC).
I reached out to support to clarify the situation and pointed out the clear time zone discrepancy. I even shared dashboard evidence confirming the trade time. Despite this, the only response I received was a suggestion to purchase a reset.
As a disciplined trader who strictly follows the rules and respects trading schedules, I find this decision completely unfair and the handling of my inquiry disappointing. Instead of thoroughly investigating a clear misunderstanding, I was quickly directed to spend more money.
Serious traders expect transparency and fairness — unfortunately, NextProptrader failed to meet that basic standard in my case.
I kindly urge the NextProptrader team to review this case more carefully. I believe this was an honest mistake caused by a time zone mismatch, and I hope the company takes responsibility and restores my account fairly. Traders deserve better.
