I accidentally subscribed and canceled within minutes. I never activated or used the eSIM, but Nextline refused my refund, claiming the service was "provisioned" automatically. They basically keep your money for a service you never used. Very poor business practice and unhelpful support. Avoid this company.

I used this eSIM for my trip to Europe and it worked perfectly. The setup was fast, and I had instant connection right after landing. Highly recommended for hassle-free travel.

Total scam, signed up for a dollar offer and then ended up with a $30 dollar subscription and an unauthorized charge. Furthermore, when you cancel the account they don't wait until the end of the billing period they end all of the services. FRAUD, STAY AWAY

I deeply regret ever using this service. An accidental purchase was made, and I contacted customer support immediately to explain the situation and request a refund because I had no intention of using the service. Instead of receiving any understanding or real help, I was met with repeated copy-and-paste replies and outright refusals.

I was charged £0.99 and $19.99, and after cancelling my subscription, I was shocked to find another £29.99 taken from my account. How can you charge customers after they have already cancelled? This is completely unacceptable.

Their customer service has been one of the worst I have ever experienced. They ignored my concerns, failed to answer my questions, and kept sending what appeared to be automated responses instead of dealing with the issue properly. It feels like they care more about taking customers' money than providing support.

I will be raising this matter with my bank, reporting my experience to the relevant consumer protection authorities, and pursuing every available option to challenge these charges.

If you value your money and expect honest customer service, my advice is simple: stay away. Read every term carefully, monitor your bank account closely, and think twice before giving this company your payment details.

You took my money and your services are poor. Refund me back my money. For 2 days your customer care support team has been saying the same thing and nothing has been done.

Total scam platform! I signed up ONLY for the €0.99 trial offer. Immediately after, their system automatically charged my card an additional €19.99 without my consent or any 3D Secure authentication. I cancelled the subscription immediately on day one and have zero usage of their service. Despite the successful cancellation, their system ignored it and illegally charged my card another €30.00 today!
This is fraudulent merchant behavior and deceptive billing. I have been forced to permanently block my credit card to stop them from stealing more money. I have already filed an official fraud report and initiated a formal chargeback procedure with my bank.

Avoid this company at all costs. You risk paying for data that never gets added to your account. This service is an outright scam. I purchased a digital SIM for Malaysia and had previously used them in other countries without issue, which makes this experience even more infuriating. When I tried to top up the SIM, I was charged twice and received zero data.
I contacted their customer support chat and was trapped in an endless loop of automated replies, each one claiming I’d be contacted by email for a refund. That email never came. They made this false promise at least 20 times and did absolutely nothing. No refund, no resolution, no accountability.
This is blatant fraud. They take your money, fail to deliver the service, and then hide behind bots while ignoring refund requests. Consider any money you give them gone forever. Stay away unless you enjoy being scammed.

It helps my EU travel. Good to use as an alternative second phone number app.

iPhone app was phenomenal until this year. Worked perfectly for calls (incoming & outgoing), texts, OTP’s even while traveling in Asia & Europe. Now it’s plagued with errors, calls are routinely dropped, text messages sometimes take an hour or more to receive.

This is not what it’s advertised! You can’t use it to catch other scammers. You pay for a yearly subscription and then they charge if you use your minutes up. They won’t respond to me about my concerns and won’t let me cancel or get my money back. Total scam

I can't send sms or make call with my number for some days now. I have been getting a text that MY ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARILY BLOCKED FOR VIOLATING COMMUNITY GUIDELINES WHICH I AM NOT GUILTY OF. please help me resolve the issue.
