While the day-to-day profile building aspects of each student is on the students themselves, NLP offers structured insights into what it takes to be EB1-A ready. Students usually join with a heap of skepticism, but from my experience, I can say that a lot of the misconceptions/misunderstandings about the legal standards and evidentiary completeness goes away by building your profile and working closely with the coach as well as the support system (other students, potential lawyers). This program will show an enrolled person what it means to be EB1-A ready and tailor a solution for the individual.

Before I enrolled, the program owner told me that I would have ongoing access to 1:1 coaching throughout the program and it is for personal 1:1 guidance only I signed up. Verbally, he promised that my EB-1A profile could be prepared within approximately six months with the necessary effort. The problem started as soon as I signed as 1:1 were restrictive and we were required to watch boring 1-1.5 hour long vidoes for weeks which were nothing but some discussion with other students (totally unrelated to my work or profile). When I raised concerns about the services I was receiving and asked for the promised services, my relationship with the program deteriorated, and I was ultimately removed thrown out of the program. Afterward, I also received a baseless legal threat because the owner thought that I was doing some online negative campaign to malign him, adding significant stress to an already disappointing experience. In my experience, the services are below average and mostly Chat GPT content and legally threaten consumers instead of amicably resolving the disagreements.
