Great wheel! My first EUC. I like the bounciness and maneuverability of it and it is not too heavy for me to carry up and down the stairs.

Easy to navigate, and products delivery was quick, and product support is great. My only issue I had was making sure I am ordering the moto eye 6+ over the the other moto eye options AND understanding that I had to go back to moto eye's webpage to order my T.P.M.S., back up battery, and front mount camera. Rather than being able to order the accessories at the next gen mobility web page. I asked your virtual assistant and it led me to purchase the accessories at moto eye. The wording it used was just bit confusing at first. It would have been easier for the assistant to say accessories can be purchased on the moto eyes home web page. All and all the product and next gen mobility was top notch, and the issues I have are more my ability to differentiate how and to whom to order all of the parts and pieces from. With help from your virtual assistant I managed to get it all done. As a quick note thanks to a gentleman's in-depth review of the moto eye 6+ on You-tube I was able to learn that the 6+ was only sold on your platform and for good price. I would suggest that you guys extend awareness of the what your selling to great group users like motor cycle groups and utv groups. Thank you again, and great product.

Bought a Sherman-L from NextGenMobility in July 2025 and the charger started having problems within a month. Rob (the owner) responded quickly to my support request, offered some easy troubleshooting, and quickly sent out a warranty replacement when the troubleshooting didn't work. The replacement arrived quickly and has worked without issues thus far. I am extremely satisfied with my experience through Next Gen Mobility at this point and would definitely recommend them as a PEV dealer. 👍

The buying process was effortless. Took a time for the order but not totally on NGM. Very happy with the commitment and communication.

I am new to the EUC world. I can say the customer service is the type you don't see much anymore. And don't be scared to use the messaging app on the site. It usually is answered within minutes, and they will help you not only on the purchase, but even after you receive the product. This is definitely a company run by a person who wants to share his hobby, and not just to turn a simple buck.

My Oryx arrived as promised by UPS. Unfortunately, the tail light didn't work. Customer support was superb. They coached me through checking to see if the connector was in the right place and sent me a replacement tail light in case the original was defective. It wasn't. They coached me through taking off the top cover (the YouTube video was really helpful) and I was able to find the floating wire and connect it to the motherboard. I'm subtracting a half a star because I felt like that should have been caught when they changed out the motherboard. However, I thought the customer support was outstanding.

Before I ordered I used the chat function to ask some questions about the Aero vs other wheels. I received very quick replies without pressure to upsell or even buy.

When I decided on a wheel I looked to see if Next Gen was a trusted retailer and saw they had good reviews from others not on the Next Gen site. This was true so I placed the order. We had a bit of a hiccup with Shopify, but again. Quick responses and accurate communication were the norm.

Communication as I waited was great and even when there was a slight delay I was notified.

The wheel arrived and I was able to get it out for about 60mi since Friday evening.

There have been no issues with the wheel, but I trust that if they do arise, I will get a response and help resolving them.

I will definitely consider Next Gen if (or, let's be honest, when) I am looking for another.

Next Gen Mobility is phenomenal! I pre-ordered a Nosfet Aero, they kept me up to date throughout the entire process and were spot on with when they'd have the wheel as well as get it to me. They have the best prices included everything I needed, as well as power pads. Awesome experience and I'll definitely order from them in the future!

Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Shipping was surprisingly rapid. Less than seven days from order to my doorstep. Packaging was thorough and protective, received wheel hundred percent unscathed.
