The service that I wasn't happy about I purchased a course everything went well I passed the course then I paid for the certificate but I didn't receive it and it's been now two years it's sad because I paid the full amount for the certificate but never received it. I tried several times writing to you but got no reply I would be happy if I hear from you again. Thank you

Really enjoyed the course
Really enjoyed the course, I’ve learnt so much more than I thought I would. It was a hard course to do as had to deal with my own emotions of neglect as a child but it has also been very beneficial. Learning about the different aspects & the complexities of children’s mental health has certainly been eye opening & I now feel I have a better understanding of their needs. Definitely recommend this course. Tutors were lovely & very supportive.

The course was massive and fantastic
I enjoyed the course I studied under health and social care. It was recommended by the agency I applied for a job. The course is fully packed with 15 subtopics. It took me a month to be able to finish that. The video and written resources made the experience so interesting. The last exams took me again through the course as though I read it the second time making the knowledge more internalised.
I am glad I did register and follow through
