Het retour pakket vandaag bij PostNL afgegeven. Daar werd aangegeven dat er een antwoordnummer op het pakket staat, wat betekend dat dit geheel gratis te retourneren is. Vervolgens pakt Next Direct 6,- van elke klant die artikelen retourneert. Dit is bespottelijk. Het is dan ook de laatste keer dat ik bij deze online shop winkel. Zo ook mijn familie en vrienden.

J’ai commandé sur le site de NextDirect France. Suite aux avis j’étais plutôt mitigée à l’idée de commander, donc pour plus de sécurité j’ai payé par Paypal. J’ai commandé le 28/07/2023 et ma commande est arrivée le 02/08/2023. Je n’ai pas payé de frais de douanes et ma commande était conforme, les articles semblent de bonne qualité.

Ingen problemer. Dog skal man lige være opmærksom på at leveringstiden er længere end 2 dage, da det skal sendes fra UK.

Nemt og hurtigt. Jeg har handlet her mange ganger og har aldrig haft problemer.

Jeg modtog en anden blazer end den som jeg havde bestilt, og den obligatoriske returseddel manglede i pakken. Next!👎

This is my story with Next Direct. I ordered a paid for a dress. I received order and the item was damaged in a way that I cannot wear it. Contacted customer care and sent them pictures as evidence. The customer care representative was not helpful at all. The only resolution that was offered was to take the hassle, go the the post office, wait behind the queue and send the faulty item back. If the size did not fit yes I would have done that, but to return a faulty item not worth the hassle. Customer care experience has been terrible and being a loyal customer this is a big let down. My advise think twice before spending good money at next as you might get a damaged one and that is all you get!!

Ordered relatively inexpensive children's clothes and the delivery charge was significant. During delivery the delivery company (DHL) required additional payment for more than the Next delivery charges for "customs clearance". This was unexpected and significant. Recommend others assume delivery charge will be doubled (or more) when shipper gets payment. Shipping is now greater than the price of the goods.

I want to share my sad story with Next Direct,

I bought a couple of clothes for my Baby, After waiting 10 days, I asked them on Chat about my shipment, and they told me it will arrive in 3 days, After 14 days of waiting they told me the same lie, Then for about 7 days I was sending email, chatting with them.

After that shipping company asked me to pay the taxes, and I paid them 3 hours after receiving the email, Then I was surprised that I received an email from Next Direct that my shipment has been returned to them.

After that, they send an email to tell me that they can't resend the shipment again!!!

Now let me tell you some things:
1- Customer Care people lie to me too many times that the shipment will arrive in 3 days, those people keep sending emails like Robots, and they don't really give real support or customer care.

2- Customer care for more than 2 weeks keep telling me that they are contacting the shipping company, While I think they can call them in one minute.

My conclusion is, They are irresponsible customer care and I will never never ever try to buy something from them.

- I don't recommend them at all.
- Many alternatives exist
- Don't be a stupid
- Look for there reviews, About 2/5

Keurig op tijd geleverd zonder bestelkosten

De bikini voor mijn dochter was veel te klein terwijl er bij staat voor 11-12 jaar, ze is 11. Daarnaast betaal je de retourkosten dus je hebt niets en je moet ook nog 6 euro betalen. Slecht!

I am waiting 14 days for my order.
I bought it in another shop bcause i needed it at my holiday the week before.

i'd prefer a refund but can only contact them by phone..

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst. Leuke items. Gingen snel geleverd worden. Niet dus. Eén van de items in de bestelling werd onmiddellijk geannuleerd, geen reden. Dan denk je toch: haal dat dan van de site!
Via paypal wel het bedrag terug ontvangen. Maar het andere item in de order is nog niet eens vertrokken.
Contact met de klantenservice: via chat. Uren on hold. Dit is totaal niet: "If you have a question we are available to help instantly via live chat."
Ik hoop dat mijn order gecancelled kan worden, want dit is echt onzin en totaal geen klantvriendelijkheid.

Just horrible support and service. I have to contact support almost every time I place an order so they would ship it. The most recent order seems lost as it's been more than 20 days and there are no updates. The support just won't recognize it as lost, and I cannot receive a refund.

Well... it looks like my dress is unharmed though it came in a very dusty ripped bag. Not the bag it was sent in but the bag under. While the dress seems unharmed the dust stiks like a steel warehouse. I hope it washes off. I won't be spending my money here again.

I happened to find this company by chance while on a months long search for a specific top I had been looking for. They were the only ones who carried it and shipped to Canada so I was very excited! They shipped it very quickly and it arrived 3 days early. Shipping was very reasonable as well considering it came from the UK, half the cost I usually pay when ordering from the states. So I definitely have nothing but good things to say about them and will shop again for sure .

I want my refund after canceling the order

Ik ben echt verbaasd over de overwegend slechte reviews hier. Ik bestel al 7 jaar bijna al mijn kinderkleding bij Nextdirect. De levering klopt naar wat beloofd wordt, kwaliteit van kleding altijd super! Goede, degelijke stoffen en altijd heel mooi afgewerkt en voor een nette prijs. Soms valt kleding wat groter maar ik vind dat geen probleem. Gewoon niet te groot bestellen. 1 keer probleem gehad met een niet geleverd artikel maar dit werd netjes opgelost door de klantenservice. Ik zou nextdirect juist aanraden.

Retour effectué suite à une commande.

Depuis 3 semaines, je suis en attente du remboursement !!! qu'ils disent avoir fait le 17 janvier suite à ma relance et toujours rien.

De plus, quand on contact le service client, personne ne parle français! C'est très pratique.

Because of their billing fault, I had to pay tax fee twice. First , they accepted their fault and said they would refund. Although I sent all necessary documents and proofs of this event several times, they did not deal, and finally they said it was not their fault and they could not refund . It is a contradiction. I think it is not a confidential firm. I will never buy something from there.

I had favourited an coat on next.co.uk over a year ago but it was expensive and after having waited to see if it would be in the sale I saved to get it. Over Christmas 2022 the favourited items disappeared (this had happened on many other websites too, I suspect it’s a ploy so you can’t just buy quickly in the sale and forces you to search). By the time I saw it again it HAD been on sale and sold out. I found it for sale still on this site, nextdirect.com and ordered it, payment and address easily accepted and item sent to DPD. I saw today it was out for delivery but in the wrong country! How on earth did that happen, how did no one at next or DPD realise the address did not exist in that country? How is it now showing as delivered in that other country? I spoke to next on the chat feature and after being passed back and forth to different countries I was told I had refuse the delivery for a refund, how on earth am I going to refuse the delivery when I’m not going to be at the address you’re trying to deliver it to? Having pointed this out and a bit more disagreement the agent said he had refunded me but I haven’t got any confirmation of that in my email and it says nothing on their site. I’m sick and unable to leave the house as most people do so all my shopping is done online, I don’t get to wander around shops and see the items I want selling out, I’m so disappointed about this coat after having wanted it for so long and saving for during a cost of living crisis and nextdirect saying they can’t send it to the uk (you’re using DPD, they deliver here too, what’s the issue?). And yes, I know, why am I so bothered about a coat when I don’t leave the house much, well, I’m sick of the most of my clothes being PJs or loungewear and when I am able to go out I like to look nice, sometimes even just going to hospital is a nice treat as I’m getting out of the house, even though I hate going to appointments there.

You’re shipping and delivery teams seem to need to learn geography and your customer service people shouldn’t make such ridiculous and clearly wrong statements.

I’ve also now received an email charger me €6 for their mistake, I may never use any of your sites again, the online experience with so many companies is becoming unbearable, you need to treat customers better, especially in hard times, these things become more of a treat than a necessity when the cost of everything is so ridiculous
