Our Story: Delivering Happiness Since 2015 Our journey began back in 2015 as a family-owned business driven by a shared love for gardening, nature, and the outdoors. Inspired to help others bring their outdoor spaces to life, we initially started with eco-friendly solar lighting products—a choice that allowed our customers to illuminate their gardens with the smallest possible carbon footprint—along with other outdoor decor pieces we personally loved. What began with a passion for nature, exceptional products, and genuine service has since grown into a vibrant community of over 1.4 million happy customers worldwide. Today, our close-knit team of nearly 50 dedicated members works tirelessly to bring you thoughtfully selected products and a completely hassle-free shopping experience. What Sets Us Apart At Next Deal Shop, we don’t believe in shortcut retail. We care deeply about the items that make it into your home, which is why we’ve built our business on total accountability, careful curation, and genuine service. We Store, Source, and Inspect Everything Ourselves: Unlike most other sellers who never touch the items they sell, we operate our own warehouses and manage our own dedicated sourcing team. Our team in China works close to the source, giving us the best value at the best prices. Every single product is carefully selected, stocked on our shelves, and 100% quality-checked by hand before it leaves our door. Thoughtfully Curated for Your Home & Garden: We take immense pride in the products we choose for our catalog. Our team works tirelessly to bring you the latest innovations, timeless designs, and a wide, inspiring selection of lighting and garden essentials. We only sell items we would be proud to use in our own homes. Customer Care That Actually Cares: Your happiness isn't an afterthought—it’s our priority. We back every single purchase with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee so you can shop with complete confidence. Should you ever need help, our in-house customer service team doesn't rely on generic bot responses; a real person will get back to you within 24 hours to make things right. Conscious & Sustainable Shopping As our community grows, so does our responsibility to make a positive impact. We are committed to doing our part for the planet and our community: Environmental Responsibility: We actively minimize packaging waste, prioritize recycled materials, and streamline logistics to reduce our environmental footprint. Animal-Friendly Standards: We love animals—so much so that they frequently join us in the office! We strictly refuse to sell any products that cause harm to animals. Equal Opportunity: We foster an inclusive, supportive workplace where everyone is treated with equality, dignity, and respect.

Avoid this misleading seller
Ordered a set of acorn lights that were clearly depicted as 3D - what arrived was a set of cheap plastic dark brown vaguely acorn shaped discs with a light stuck to the back. Have tried to get a refund but despite advertising that they have a no quibble return policy I’ve had no success in getting them to honour this. I think it’s hit and miss whether you get the advertised product or not and they certainly don’t honour their return policy.

I brought 2 slouchy sweaters,,, Don’t buy,,,
I brought 2 slouchy sweaters, advertised as 70% polyester 30% cotton, when they eventually arrived,,, they was 100% polyester, and looked nothing like the advertisement, really poor quality, and material was awful, I requested return, they offered me a credit voucher, I replied no thanks, send me a returns label, and have not heard anything since, surprise surprise, they have now changed the advertisement, which does not state material, my advise,,,, don’t buy the jumpers from them,,,, and if you happen to read this next deal shop, my Ref is 1628196858, send me a returns label, REFUND my money.
