Not next day …

Ordered 20th December, arrived 4th Dec,
Great chair, ordered with warranty which started 21st dec, which is before I got the chair.
Will order from again… would prefer boxes to be taken away

Very pleased with my sofa.

I was slightly worried being as I hadn't seen an example or tested out the comfort...however I researched the reviews and trusted......
Very good quality, lovely fabric and comfortable. It looks lovely too!

Good emergency sofa delivery

After being let down repeatedly by another company I found myself sofa-less with Christmas coming up and family coming over. I ordered a sofa from next day sofas and I did indeed receive it the next day. Palleted delivery, well secured, good communication confirming the delivery. Great for all your sofa emergencies and non-emergencies alike.

What a great service

What a great service - from order to delivery couldn't be easier - arrived on the right time, with update provided by text and delivery was completed with no stress.

The only reason I'm giving 5☆ is due to…

The only reason I'm giving 5☆ is due to the outstanding customer services. Its a completely different story regarding their products. Their sofas are cheap looking ,poor quality and have many missing parts after spending £600 for a sofa I was looking forward to it's arrival but was hugely disappointed. This sofa was the second I had purchased from two different companies and both had defaults, I'm still waiting for the refund from the first company but NEXT DAY SOFAS issued a full refund the same day.

The customer services promptly issued a refund on Friday and this went back to my payment method today.

My advice is don't buy sofas that come in a box from any seller as they are cheap rubbish .

Yet again I would like to thank customer services for their swift action with issuing a full refund.

I am sorry the product was faulty when it arrived with the feet not securing in correctly and sorry your experience with the third party two man delivery fell way below ours and your expectations, I will feed this back and await their reply.

Just the job!

Ordered chair on line.very nice young lady called us to confirm delivery.
Delivery was prompt on time, and very helpful.
Assembly was easy, and very pleased with the result. Chair is ideal for our needs. Well don!

Highly recommended.

Was looking for a specific swivel chair and found it on Next day Sofas website. The website was easy to use. Once placed order received a courtesy call from the company who acknowledged order and explained delivery process. First class customer service. Chair delivered following day. Delivery driver very courteous and helpful. Very happy with the entire process and the chair itself. High recommend the company.

The sofas were delivered on time.
I was constantly kept up to date on the progress of my order
I was phoned with a confirmation of my delivery date
I was contacted an hour before delivery
The uplift of my existing suite and the assembly of my new suite were done quickly and efficiently
