Next Day Contacts should add MAYBE to their name. I ordered my contacts on the 2/3/2026 as I needed to have my contacts by the 11th. My order/prescriptions were verified on the 4th, next day, and then I received an email on the 6th saying my order was Backordered and out of stock. No suggested Timeline on getting them or any solutions. I have order online before through 1-800 Contacts and while you are ordering they can tell you how many boxes are in stock, so you are not surprised with a back order. Not Next Day Contacts. I actually contacted Customer Service right away and emailed them Dailey until I received an email back from them (3 days later) suggesting their only solution would be to return my payment. Did not offer any other option such as using other brands. Connecting with my provider to see if other plans would be an option or any solutions until I brought it up. They then wanted me to contact the provider. 1 week later to see if I could user other brands. The fell very short on the Name and their customer service was elementary at best. Now, I get to wait for up to 10 days for my refund to come back to me. If it makes its way back to me. Insane, Misleading Name of the business, terrible customer service and lack of respect for other. I would definitely avoid this company.

On day 1 of a 13 day cross county trip in our RV, I realized I forgot to pack my contacts! I was able to order them online and had them delivered to Moab, UT. They arrived the next day before we did. Excellent customer service!!

Next Day Contacts is amazing. I live in Texas. I ordered my contacts around 1130 in the morning on Tuesday, they were on my doorstep by 3:48 Wednesday afternoon. Do your self a favor, go with these guys! Definitely will be coming back to get more contacts.

I was worried over the weekend that I would not receive the order for the contacts that I had placed last Thursday . It is a new prescription so I only had one set and I am leaving for a 2 week trip to Japan. Great news! Monday morning I received the tracking for the order that shipped on Friday and then a little later received that order. So happy. I can see clearly now. Thank you, Steven

Everybody saying scam are ignorant. The fastest way is to upload a prescription rather then have them contact your eye doctor. I ordered my contacts yesterday morning at 8am and they just arrived at 5pm today. They ship faster than any other place that won't have lenses in stock.

Going out of town and never received my contacts. I contacted customer service but no response. Not a legitimate company

I've been using Nextday contacts for over a year now - I've had only positive experiences so long as I am VERY careful about ordering way before the cut off time. The only time it was ever delayed was when UPS stopped delivering due to weather conditions in my area.

Their prices are a bit high but ever since I realized that after I accounted for all the "processing fees" from other websites that I was paying the same amount of money, I just started using this company each time.

My only complaint is that I wish they'd use PayPal for their payment processing instead of having to give them my credit card number each and every time.

Ordered Thursday, prescription verified and contacts shipped on Friday, received on Monday with next day air labeling. The website states that if you order on Friday it won't be processed until Monday, so I'd expect to see them on Wednesday. Next day claim is a stretch, but I'm happy with the service - especially for updating my Rx for free.

Placed an order two days ago (Wednesday) and was told that because I placed it after 2 it wouldn't arrive til Monday. This is not next day at all, they didn't even try to ship it on time.

I ordered my contacts well before the cutoff time this company requires for next day delivery, and it was on a Thursday (8/25/2022). I received an email that evening that my contacts were ready to ship and received a tracking number. The next day came and went and I never received my contacts. This company is literally called "Next Day" contacts. They also charge more, presumably because they offer "next day" delivery. I also had to pay a fee because my order was small. Moral of the story is don't wait to order your contacts when you are close to running out, because even though these companies make claims, they don't always live up to them.

Wow what a relief! I ordered contacts for the first time ever last Friday from contacts cart and they hadn’t shipped yet as of yesterday (Monday) and I need them by Friday this week. I was in a panic and found next day contacts. I bought them yesterday afternoon at 2:20pm and received them today before noon!! I was so worried I wasn’t going to get contacts in time for my trip and was panicking until I found next day contacts! 10/10 recommend and will order from only! What a wonderful experience! Nextdaycontacts.com came through in a pinch. I ordered contacts from Webeyecare.com and paid $29.95 for expedited 2 day delivery. I was out of contacts and scheduled to go on a trip. I needed contacts fast. 5 days after placing my order, webeyecare notified me that my lenses were on back order. Out of desperation I searched and found nextdaycontacts. Within 3 days, I had my lenses. Thank you Nextdaycontacts.com. You saved the day.

I ordered my contacts on Wednesday night, and they arrived Friday! I was very busy and wasn’t able to get Contacts sooner, and all the other websites were at least three weeks out. They were super fast, sent updates on my order, and their website was easy to navigate. Will definitely be buying contacts from them again!

Ordered contacts that were promised next day. Received an email that evening saying my contacts were packaged and waiting to be picked up. After not receiving, I contacted customer support who then told me ‘they had emailed me they were on back order’ - I received no such email, and in fact, once I pressed them on how that was possible, I stopped receiving emails from customer support. Absolutely atrocious behavior from this company. Steer clear!
