I was supposed to receive my order within 4 days, yet more than 3 weeks later, the item has still not arrived. The lack of communication and support from Nextbase has been unacceptable at every stage. I initially replied to the order confirmation email (support@nextbase.eu), only to find that the address is not in service. There is no valid contact number for Ireland, leaving customers stuck with either email or the “Nexy” AI chat agent, which provides no real assistance and only repeats empty promises that someone will follow up. After multiple attempts, I contacted support@nextbase.co.uk and eventually received a response from a customer ambassador. However, once I asked for an update on my missing dashcam, communication stopped entirely. I also tried calling the only available UK number, where I was left on hold for over 20 minutes before the call was disconnected. A callback request was ignored, with no response even after a full day. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Customers should be aware of the significant delays, lack of accountability, and near-impossible communication channels before purchasing from Nextbase.
The visual representation of the perspective on an event could have been much better.
