I have had NB cameras for years now, my previous being the 522 which now resides in my wife's car. I have just bought a new car and purchased a new bundle from NB which included the 622, so far very impressed. I have used these rear view cameras for a few years now and have to say they are superb bits of kit.

Nice quality camera but it is vulnerable to an inquisitive labrador who likes to chew. It would be great if some sort of cage could be added to prevent the damage from a chewing dog.

I have used Nextbase cameras for about 5 years and they provide good images and are easy to use. Fortunately, I have never had any incidents requiring me to use the video.

Hello ,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your TrustPilot review. I am sorry to see you are having an issue with your rear camera connection.
Please try removing the connecting cable from the front device and then plugging it back in. Once the rear has been plugged back in, please push the reset button on the bottom of the device.
If this is not successful, it may be that the connection along the cable will need checking. Around 30cm from the rear camera itself, there is a connection. If the rear image doesn't appear after checking the front connection, I would recommend checking the rear connection. Please unplug this connection and wipe it over. The connection should then be firmly pushed back together, to ensure it is fully inserted. There should be no gap visible. Once this has been done, please ensure the reset button on the bottom of the device is pushed again.
Please note: You should only add or remove the rear camera when the dash cam is powered off. Adding or removing the rear camera while the front facing dash cam is in use will cause the device to become inoperable or shut down completely.
If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
