Nexstand K2
Honestly, probably my most enjoyable experience related to a purchase. The whole process was very professional and thought out. Shipping was quicker than what was estimated and while I was waiting (maybe a couple of days), I received a simple instruction video about the product and I was being informed continuously about the shipping. I like the stand too, it's very useful and improved my zoom calls instantly. I don't have long term experience but hopefully it will serve me for a reasonably long time.

According to your tracking information our delivery partner attempted to deliver your parcel on the 20th of July but there was no answer. My order was glitched
[edited] The stand did not arrive after 3-5 business days. I waited a few days extra for delivery before contacting customer service. I asked for my tracking number and was not provided with it, I was told someone was investigating instead. It took 3 business days and a nudge from me before 3 people got back to me to say my order had glitched in the system which had never happened before. I was provided with a full refund the evening of the day I asked for an update and offered a new stand. I do appreciate these things happen sometimes and I am probably just an outlier, and all three members of the customer service team were very kind and clear, even if it was a little confusing on who I should reply to. I have edited this review to reflect the experience based on their honesty with the situation and appreciation on the fix.

We're very sorry this is taking longer than expected, a tracking number is usually issued upon dispatch of every order for some reason your order has been marked as despatched by our warehouse but no tracking number was assigned. This has not happened before and we're investigating with both the warehouse and courier.
In the meantime, we do apologise for not updating you sooner with more information. On this occasion, we will provide a full refund as a token of apology for any inconvenience caused.
I will update you as soon as I hear back from the warehouse team and we expect that to be tomorrow.
Again please accept our sincere apologies and we hope to still get the stand to you ASAP.

It's small. It's light, and it actually works.
Perfect if you travel a lot and have different height requirements from your stand due to being in different places.
There's also something really fun about opening/closing it!

Nextstand promote with free shipping in Irland. However, I have been charged the shipping costs and not been refunded. I like the product but I find the shopping experience bad.

This stand is great. Provides great adjustable height for different situations. Love the small storage size for easy packability for on the go work.
