Terrible service! - ignored and order not received
Terrible service! I purchased the Nexstand K1 Carbon Fibre Laptop Stand which cost over $130AUD. It has been two weeks and I have not received any update on my order and the status of the order on the 'Shop app' still says pending. I have contacted the company on two seperate occasions through their 'contact us' page on their website and emailed the company directly. I have not received any response and no one has contacted me. From the other 1 star reviews on this page, I'm not sure if I will even receive my order... I suggest staying away.
UPDATE: I did Nextstand did get in touch immediately after and refunded the shipping cost. I received the product soon after.

Overall good stand
It arrived quickly! Figuring out how to use it was easy and didn’t require any setup which is great. I love how portable it is and that I can easily put it away when I need to use my desk for other things. I will say it does feel a little less sturdy than I expected but I guess that’s what also makes it lightweight. Overall I would recommend it.

The unit is a cheap piece of plastic. The switches that allow you to adjust the height don't work on mine. Nor does it fold up. The cost to make this could not have exceeded a dollar. I feel free l ripped off.

Lightweight laptop stand
Pleased with my purchase so far. It is light weight and neatly folds away which means I can carry around in my bag. Only wish the height could be adjusted slightly higher.

poorly design of leveling system
Nexstand K1 Carbon Fiber Laptop Stand : I dont like the leveling system. Sometimes the level lock doesnt work. Sometimes you can only move one side so you have your laptop in a weird position. Also, you always have to take at the laptop to adjust it. Im really dissapointed with that. I was expecting a better design of this important feature!

I had a manufacturing defect with one…
I had a manufacturing defect with one of the rubber feet on my NextStand and despite it being almost a year old, the customer service was brilliant. They replaced the stand with no questions asked and delivered it postage free.
