I know the fan is recommended for all areas only but I found it absolutely useless plus at night it goes either green, red or blue no option of turning off so hopeless if your trying to sleep

It’s just a brilliant advertisement

They promise a full refund
But NO paperwork comes with the delivery so How do you even return ?

I bought a nexfan,doesn’t do the job,utter rubbish & complete waste of money.I do not recommend this product whatsoever!

A fan would have been much cheaper and more effective. I think the good reviews have been rigged and misleading - I propose an investigation into the good reviews. Waste of good money 😡

Do not buy one of these unit InstaCool by Nexfan.
They are poor quality and when I tried to get my money back they refused as a raised a dispute with Paypal.
I keep getting fobbed off everytime I try and contact them.

This product does not perform as advertised.
It can produce a cool strem of air, but fails to cool a space such as a normal bedroom.

SERIOUSLY? After waiting and chasing for delivery, it arrived in a TINY FLIMSY CARDBOARD BOX covered in black plastic bag sellotaped together which rattled!!!
When I opened it, 4 TINY cheap plastic (vents?) fell out. Plugged it in and PRESTO -DOESNT WORK. I sent email to NEXFAN requesting returns slip and REFUND ASAP....ZERO RESPONSE.I'm going to do. Chargeback next week. Definitely not of merchantable quality; misleading

As with other reviews this product is rubbish. Four weeks to arrive and doesn’t do what is advertised. It’s a fan and nothing more. Can’t apply for a refund unless unit is faulty. To add insult to injury, I paid £69 and it can be bought on Amazon for £49. It’s not even worth that.

Don’t believe the hype. Cools you down if you’re sat in the air stream facing it. Doesn’t cool the room down and if left on for more than a couple of hours it makes the room feel like the tropics in than rainy season. Overpriced, low quality & if you search the net you can get them for £15.

Like another reviewer it took ages to be delivered. I thought it would cool my bedroom as I have a portable air con unit in the rest of the apartment. I placed the ice cubes in it, turned it on and closed the door. After about 1 hour I went into the bedroom - absolutely no difference. This is a con and I feel abused. DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED.

I bought the desktop unit.
It took nearly 4 weeks to arrive.
I plugged it in, set it up and filled with water. It leaks water everywhere and has damaged my team wooden cabinet!

This has NO COOLING ELEMENT it’s a fan and ice cubes and water…..the fan blows out cool air whilst the ice cubes are frozen … which is usually 3 minutes in water … once the ice cubes melt …. You are left with a small fan in a plastic box. The video is a Lie there was no boy or offer from AC business is all a hoax to make you think that you are getting a cooling system…
The first lie is when they say …. All you do is press a button
No! you have to put the ice cubes in freezer first wait for them to freeze then fill up the little top draw with water and ice cubes
Once they MELT you HAVE NO MORE COOL AIR!!!! !!!!! Buy a big fan or save up and buy a proper air conditioner with a cooling element in it that works like a fridge…. THIS IS JUST A FAN BLOWING OUT THE COOLNESS OF THE ICE CUBES …. Lasting for as long as your ice cubes stay frozen !!!! My mum spent hundreds of pounds for the family to all have one each !!!! Totally Scammed…. We got rid of them and bought fans that work 100% better !!!
This little fan of course is cheaper to run cause all it is is a small fan in a box with ice cubes and water ….. the electricity gets more absorbed when you have a element working that makes your room cool…. Which is what you actually want!
Oh and waiting time for your little fan is 2 months …By the time you get it you won’t need it and you will think it will be good to put away for the summer next year…. By that time your money will not be able to be refunded so pls get your refund ASAP!!!! Don’t be fobbed off this is not as good as a fan! Get a Refund and bye a Fan instead !
