DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a scam!! They do not even deserve 1 star!! I ordered a weighted hula hoop. What I received was NOT what was advertised. Not only was it not weighted, it was just cheap plastic crap that didn’t even fit together to make a hoop! I tried for a refund but received nothing but lip service.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a keyboard and mouse from them that was meant to be wirless. Not only were they not wireless but they are cheap pieces of plastic that don't work. When I asked for a refund they said they do not offer refunds on faulty products even thought the say they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Lies!!!

Do not even shop here they are a scam. Save your money and go elsewhere

tried to buy an rc car. on the web page it clearly stated that a transmitter and receiver would come with the car. instead they shipped us a car, but no transmitter. then we emailed them and they said it never included a transmitter. re-checked the web page to find they changed it and added a part that said "transmitter no longer included"

The website says "30 day refund policy". I thought this meant I could buy in good faith, and return if it wasn't right. Apparently though, I was wrong.

I bought a trimmer blade. The page for it says "Universal head fits all trimmer models (Stihl, Echo, Worx, Black & Decker, Greenworks, Husqvarna & others)". It did not fit my Black & Decker though.

When I asked for a refund they said "We do accept exchange & return when the products are faulty or not as described. As you've received the correct product, we're really sorry we can not offer return."

When we buy on-line, we take a risk. We hand over money without seeing the goods. To mitigate the sense of discomfort that provokes, and to help us feel confident to finalise the sale, websites offer returns policies.

This site may have some fine print which means they're technically in the clear, but to say "30-day returns policy" and then elsewhere qualify it with "if the goods are not as described" reduces my trust in them.

After a bit more to-and-fro sending videos and stuff, they finally agreed to refund me. So I'm upping my rating from one start to three.

Dont buy from these guys, they literally dropship things off aliexpress and mark up the price...

Don't be fooled products are made in China.
I ordered some Xmas gifts in November, original expected delivery was 10 days, 10 days my ass, it's Jan 2nd, and the tracking details have not been updated since 16th Dec.
Utter abismal service, I will not reccomend to anyone

I too was ripped off by this so called NZ company. No they are not. Item doesn't fit what I purchased it for. Emails going round and round in circles. Then had the audacity to tell me I had to send it to China or keep the damn thing and accept 20% refund! Forget it. Do NOT go anywhere near this company. RIP OFF SCAMMERS.

I have reported this website to the appropriate authorities. I have done further research and 2 days ago this site had 59% bad reviews & 19% good reviews.

I proceeded to tell the company who I have been dealing with and today I see that the good reviews are more than the bad reviews.

My question is how is this possible in 2 days. Do your research people. If you look further into the website you will see all the unhappy customers who have been sadly mislead and used.

Upon further research this company is what is called a drop shipping scheme. Which is based over seas and looks local but is not.

Don’t be fooled by this company which has no integrity and will happily take your money and only offer a 14% refund and proceed to tell you it is way to expensive to send the product back to CHINA for a full refund.

YES this is NOT NEW ZEALAND MADE. It’s from CHINA. And this company needs to be shut down.

Do be fooled by NEW ZEALAND TRENDS which should actually SAY CHINA TRENDS.

I was just googling around when I by a total accident found this online store and ordered a couple of things. I'm stunned with the quality of the items.

Purchased some glasses for my Dad, at first it took 7 days and still no tracking number, I emailed them and a sarcastic lady wrote back saying I will get it soon because it's coming from China even though their website said it was a NZ store and said nothing about China or any other country. 2 weeks later still nothing, so I emailed them again only to find out my order had been cancelled. Customer service apologized, gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase (which isn't a good discount) and sent the item. It arrived three weeks later, the glasses were terrible so I requested to return them for a refund as per their website, it states they have a 30 day money back guarantee which their customer Service lady Nora said didn't apply to sale items even though it does NOT state that on their website either. Then she offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the glasses. I refused since there's no point in keeping something we'll never use, then she said I'd have to return them to China myself, which postage for that would cost more than the item is worth. I said it is illegal to have misleading and false advertising on their website in NZ and that I want to return the item to their head office in Auckland and I want a full refund, to which I still have had no reply. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I ordered toys for my son and one of them had a little crack in it. I immediately took pictures and emailed the customer support team. Without any hesitancy, they offered a free replacement or immediate refund. I accepted the replacement. This makes me more comfortable to shop with them again.
