Newly Renovated Inc. (NRI) is a licensed and insured general contractor specializing in the high-friction niche of pre-listing preparations. Based in San Francisco, we serve as a sophisticated B2B partner for real estate listing agents and property owners, providing a disciplined, commercial-grade approach to residential construction. We fill the gap between a homeowner’s equity and a buyer’s demand for a move-in-ready product. Unlike fragmented vendor models or tech-based lenders that offload management onto the agent, NRI is the builder. We provide a single integrated plan, one schedule, and one point of accountability to ensure every home is photo-ready on time. Our core program, Listing Preparations, is engineered for speed and market impact. We prioritize the "3.5-week standard" for updates to finishes, fixtures, and buyer-objection removal—utilizing parallel processing to ensure construction never delays the launch date. We operate with a commercial mindset: hard timelines, clear stakeholders, and a focus on "Market Readiness" rather than personal remodeling. By handling the full range of residential scopes—from light refreshes to complex, multi-trade repairs—we give listing agents their time back to focus on sales and prospecting. NRI provides the liability shield and operational excellence required to protect your reputation and maximize the asset’s value at close. Key Services: Pre-listing Preparations & Refreshes Kitchen and Bath Upgrades Safety & Functional System Repairs Comprehensive Project Management One call. One team. Everything handled.

Five stars all the way for Newly Renovated, Inc!

I hired them to renovate an investment property that has been in my family since it was originally built in 2008, so it was important to me that the project was handled with care. I couldn't be happier with the results.

The Team
Erik (Owner): Truly a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every detail clearly. What I appreciated most was his proactive approach—he was always looking out for potential liabilities and ensured I was protected throughout the process. He was fair, honest, and presented all available options so I could make informed decisions without feeling pressured.

Kevin (Project Manager): Kevin was a total joy to work with. He is extremely dependable and consistently went above and beyond to ensure the project stayed on track. His dedication to getting the job done right was evident every day.

The Verdict
If you are looking for a team that combines expertise with genuine integrity, look no further. They treated my family property with respect and delivered high-quality work.

Highly recommended!

We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave this kind review; and thank you for the thoughtful detail you shared about your experience with our team!

Your project is a great example of what we set out to do at Newly Renovated Inc. every single day. This was an investment property in Daly City that had been in your family since 2008, a tenant turnover situation that left real wear on the home, and an owner who needed a team that would handle it with both expertise and genuine care. That combination of circumstances calls for more than contractors who can swing a hammer. It calls for a team that communicates clearly, anticipates problems before they become liabilities, and lays out every option so the owner can make confident, informed decisions without feeling the pressure.

We are especially glad that Erik's proactive approach and Kevin's on-the-ground dedication came through the way they did. Those qualities are what Newly Renovated Inc. is built on every day, and hearing them recognized by name means everything to us as a team.

Thank you for trusting us with a property that matters to your family. We hope the renovation sets it up for a strong next chapter, and we look forward to being your go-to team whenever the need arises.

Looking for enhancing the value of your property .. Newly Renovated is your solution

The company renovated my property to prepare for listing on the market and completed the work on time in January 2026. Erik, the owner, gave many suggestions to transform my house from a classic to modern look. My house is like having a facelifting. Erik has over 20+ years in commercial building work, the quality, standard and expectations are far more stringent. He brought in a wealth of industry knowledge. His crew are very competent and highly skilled. They take good care of cleaning up the property after completion. I'm very pleased with the work. I had many remodeling/upgrade work done in the past. This was the best experience that I have ever had.
