I recently travelled to Antalya, Turkey, as a guest of my brother, who underwent dental treatment with New Era Smile. I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of exceptional, and the team at New Era Smile provided truly first-class service throughout.

From the very beginning, they handled everything for us—hotel arrangements, airport transfers, and maintaining excellent communication. Their professionalism and care made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

A special mention goes to Burak, whose warmth, friendliness, and incredible support for both myself and my brother during the treatment made a world of difference. He made us feel at ease every step of the way, which we deeply appreciated. I’d also like to commend Archie for flawlessly arranging our visit, and the health professionals who took such excellent care of Gavin.

I met Tess and the surgeon in Glasgow last year with my husband for his consultation , he booked the following week.
I went with him and his whole experience was top class.
While i was there I had a consultation and X-rays done and booked a few weeks later.
My whole experience was amazing all the staff are lovely and very friendly and can’t do enough for you .
I had the all in 6 done and from the first to the last appointment I felt at total ease with my Dentist and Tess who looked after us.
Tess was in constant contact with us and answered all our questions as quickly as she could, she is one of the nicest ladies I have met.
They explained everything including procedures, aftercare what to do and expect, and said I could contact them at anytime if I needed to.
I’m over the moon with my new teeth and would highly recommend New Era for your dental work.

After searching around and taking my time with which company I went with. I made the decision to go to New Era smile for my 2 implants and 22 Zirconium crowns. This treatment required 2 visits. The 1st visit involved an extraction of a decayed tooth and the 2 implants. 1 to replace the extracted tooth and the other was to replace a tooth that had been missing for 15 years or so. After this surgery (that only took 10 minutes to do) I had my remaining 20 teeth prepared for the Zirconium crowns. This process took 5 hours. There was no pain but the duration took its toll on the old jaw. But with plenty of breaks for me and the dentist Dr Ramazan Zouconyu it was more tolerable. With this now completed I had a a few more visits during my 4 days stay to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. And any adjustments were made before the final fitting was completed. I left with just my implanted 2 teeth to finish on the second visit.

3 months on, and my second visit was due. This was a 2 day stay. I was picked up from the airport and went straight to the clinic. I had my scans done to make sure my implants were still in a good place. Then I had my impressions done for the implanted 2 missing teeth. I went back on the second day to have them fitted and adjusted to my satisfaction again.

I had doubts at first as you hear horror stories from dental treatment from Turkey, but this company is absolutely unreal. From start to finish their service is exemplary. From airport transfers to patience, to complete professional perfection. Dr Ramazan Zouconyu is an absolute legend. The things he can do with teeth is unmatched. He takes his time perfecting the procedure and now my teeth are perfect. The staff are caring and considerate. They never once pestered me for money until I was confident in the process. Their attention to detail is incredible and if I had any problems it was sorted straightaway. I cannot thank them enough for the experience I have had. If you're looking to have your teeth done I fully recommend you don't look any further. Just book with these guys and they will go above and beyond to meet your expectations and them some.

I was then in contact with them over WhatsApp and with their help, booked flights.

Amazing experience from start to finish, Archie who is the main man put you at ease through the whole thing and talks you through process step by step. All of my procedure was painless (implants) and they have completed a smile that I never thought I would ever have.
The communication with my appointments was through WhatsApp which made planning my day so much easier. Big shout out to Burak the driver, so friendly and kind.. loved to chat to try and improve his English.. an asset to the team.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Archie, obvs the main man and initial contact through WhatsApp made the start of my journey an easy one even providing me with flight information after a date was confirmed. All the English speaking staff are lovely and very helpful even the dentist even though he didn’t speak English I knew what he meant and wanted through facial expressions! The drivers are great too taking me to and from appointments, I experienced dizzy spells at one point and Burak the driver was so helpful getting me in and out of the car and always asking if I was ok on other days too. The hotel I stayed in was so lovely. Overall a perfect experience that I have already recommended to friends and family.

I recently visited New Era Smile and had a full set of Zirconium crowns incl 1 implant. It has been a totally amazing experience! Every step was talked through in detail to aid my understanding. I am not afraid of the dentist, but it was only natural to be a little apprehensive for the amount of work to be done and the unknown. My fears were totally unfounded as the team put me totally at ease. I have a terrible gag reflex and my dentist was super patient with me.

The work done was exactly as what was explained to me. The results are mind blowing!!

From the moment I met them in Cardiff to the arrival in Antalya, the professionalism and hospitality was outstanding. They went above and beyond, from collecting me from the airport and all transfers from the hotel to the clinic for all my appointments and even taking me anywhere else I needed to go. Nothing was too much trouble.

The team arranged everything including my hotel stay, everything was so convenient and hassle-free. From the very first day I was introduced to the team to the last day of my trip everyone one was so friendly and helpful. I can highly recommended the treatment and service given your experience is paramount to them if your not happy or have a query everything is done to help.

After hearing amazing reviews from my husband who first came out in 2024, I thought I would have composite bonding. However after having the X-rays it was very apparent that I needed more than this. I finally have a real full smile. The staff (from the drivers, front desk, liaisons to the dentists) go above and beyond. So caring and literally take care of your every need. First came to new era smile in september 2024 to have my all on 6 implants fitted, and was given a temporay set of teeth until my return in february 2025 to then have my permanent teeth fitted, I cannot thank the whole team from the front desk, liason team and the dentists,they go above and beyond to make your time in turkey a truly caring and pleasant one.
