New Era have been amazing!
All the staff are so so friendly and helpful, I’ve always hated going to the dentist as I’ve had issues with my teeth since being a child and I had been failed by UK dentists repeatedly but Cansu and the team at New Era put me at ease, nothing is too much trouble for them.
I’ve had a full set of zirconium crowns, root canals and extractions with little to no pain. Cannot recommend them enough! In fact I have 2 family members flying out later this year for their smile makeover

First came out in June a little bit nervous not really done any research only her say off friends who had treatment in new era smile . So journey began with having 24 teeth out 6 rods upper jaw n 6 rods lower jaw day one was painful but for a lifetime off gain . So came back in September where impressions where taken I was happy but dentist was too pleased so went back next day when new impressions where done and glad I listened they made my smile next day my implants where fitted and wow there was my smile my partner face lit up knowing they looked great thanks Archie and team for my new road ahead many thanks Jason morris

I couldn’t fault New Era Smile on the both visits that I made there.
I was looked after very well from start to finish with Archey organising everything I needed.
Every stage of the process was explained very well and I felt reassured every step of the way. Which brings me to the reason I was there in the first place, My Teeth !! I’m very happy with them and how natural they look which is exactly the way I wanted them. I’m now smiling a lot more and have had nothing but compliments. I would highly recommend New Era Smile to anyone thinking of going.

Wonderful service, wonderful staff who very professional and always willing to help.

Got 14 crowns and 1 implant. The implant failed after 1 month, I took it out myself. and currently 3 crowns are loose, waiting to get fixed . From day 1 I told them the crowns were way to big for my mouth, the crowns are like horses teeth, the bite isn't normal or natural, and when I told them about it, he said come back we have a look. But it's a long way to go back to get more horses teeth. The staff were friendly but the quality is not good.

I can’t thank the staff at New Era Smile enough, they have completely transformed my mouth. The service we had whilst out there in Antalya was second to none, from arriving on the Monday, getting collected from the airport and transfered to the hotel, to the whole treatment process was out of this world. The professionalism and attention to detail from my Dentist (Matt) gave me so much more confidence in what I was having done, as he was a perfectionist, I hope you had a safe flight to Baku my friend. Archey was also superb in the whole process, from arranging flights and hotel, to the day we left, always greeting us with a smile. I will never forget what you’ve all done for me, thank you ever so much, I would and already have recommended New Era Smile to anyone wishing to have this treatment.

Very happy with the service .
I previously had crowns with sevil smile studio and had lots of problems . I found new era online and after speaking to Archie the coordinatior I decided to choose them to fix my issues and give me new crowns .
The clinic was imaculate and all staff was all very friendly .I was very nervous and they put me at ease . I had 20 crowns removed and replaced with 24. My dentist was a perfectionist and spent a lot of time fixing my issues and ensuring I was happy with my new teeth .
I would highly recommend this clinic .
