This clinic was recommended to me and I have found it to be excellent. The staff are very professional and the clinic and equipment are state of the art. We have been fully supported throughout our treatment and our coordinator Tess has looked after us like family!

I waited 6months from getting my implants in to getting my final teeth, I had no problems with anything and although I've only had my permanent teeth in for less than a week they feel and look amazing. I have been able to eat things I haven't for over 10years so I just wanna say a huge thanks to the new era team. Once I've had my permanent teeth in for 6 months I will write another review to update how things have went but so far I have nothing but praise for the clinic. Having a full mouth of implants is a huge thing for many people especially if they had teeth before the procedure but for me it was a necessity and something I had no other options with. The attention to detail with regards to my permanent teeth was second to none, I didn't expect the bite adjustment to take so long but it was only after my bite was perfect that my teeth got cemented in which shows the commitment to making sure everything was exactly how it should be :)

Highly highly recommend new era smiles if your looking too get your teeth done, they’ve gone above and beyond and done an absolutely amazing job, gone from no self confidence straight to having the biggest smile ever! Just had my first visit yesterday and I will be back in 3 months later. Everyone is professional and friendly. New era Smile has latest technology and pretty staff.I Dt Ramazan he is master of implant.

Please I don’t recommend them I was in January and they took my all teeth outside because they say is not good they put implants all over 3 month ago I completely finish my teeth after 3 months they fall off …I contacted the clinic they ask me first time for money to repair what they do wrong and I say no they call me they do my teeth again with titanium bar screw and after 24 hr I fly from Antalya to Romania I see they been crack I try to contact them and show them pictures with crack and they give me seen they obviously don’t care they care about money ..after I come to Romania I have very bad pain bottom and top so I decided to go here for a check up and an X-ray so they couldn’t see exactly the problem on the normal Panoramic X-ray so they decided to make an CT where you can see exactly everything including the sinuses and the implants I could see even my bones from my face …what the doctors from here tell me all the implants they supposed to do bones addition which they didn’t do it and they put the implants inside the sinuses and 1cm close to mandibula which is not right they not supposed to do implants without bones addition …so now I’m the one who is suffering because I got my sinuses inflamated and I got sinusal infection in both part so now I have to pay again from 0 to do the procedure like take out implants and clean the infection sinuses and do bones addition ..so they cheated me ..they take my money ..they lie to me the promise me Zirconium but is not is Porcelain or something mix …they don’t answer ..They not paying attention to patients they working with Hands inside the mouth of people and they looking and speaking at the same time with the people from cabinet..so the doctor she scratched my face with one of the tools..so I don’t really recommend these people they cheat and steal people money they do short time treatment not long term treatment..they took out teeth from people who have all teeth and they put implants simple as f*** no… I’m so disappointed and offended because I work hard me and my husband to save these money to make my teeth and what they done they left me wirh crack teeth and sinusal infection ..if you want to live don’t go there ..don’t trust no more Turkish teeth and clinic they not and they will not be professionals never # I really regret I go to them

Came to get my teeth done and all the guys were amazing! Made feel so ease and comfortable. My dentist was sezen and she was unreal!! Also Archey who translated everything and talked me through everything, made sure i knew exactly what was going on! I first met the new era smile team at a Glasgow consultations the start of April, I instantly felt in safe hands and knew this is where I was going to go for my treatment.

I travelled to Antalya 2 weeks later for the first part of my All on 6 treatment, Was so much better than what I was thinking it was going to be with minimal pain or discomfort. I had my fixed temporary teeth fitted (which I loved) and travelled home home to let my implants heal. I had absolutely no problems during the healing time and my temps held up perfectly.

I returned 11/08/24 to have my permanent all on 6 with the titanium system and I am absolutely delighted with my new teeth, the shape,shade,fit etc are even more than I was expecting, I now have great confidence and smile as much as I can, eating is no problem, speaking is no problem and would recommend anyone thinking of having work done to use New Era Smile as you will not be disappointed with the service and work you will have, the clinic is absolutely spotless and my cosmetic dentist listened to everything I was saying and like is said earlier the outcome is even more than I could ever imagine.

And finally my patient co-ordinator Tess is the nicest most helpful person you could have looking after you, she is reassuring,patient and will go above and beyond to help in any way she can, I can honestly say if it wasn’t for tess I don’t think I would have had the confidence or nerve to go through with it from the start and thank her for everything she done for me.

So anyone looking to have work done I 100% recommend New Era Smile I can guarantee you will be more than pleased with the results you will get.

Picked me up at midnight from airport nothing was too much trouble I was the most nervous patient ever my dentist was so caring sezen was honestly so careful caring and gentle she's amazing Denise was always by my side to tell me everything was going to be OK the dentist even came in on her day off as u was worried about my temporary teeth and archey was always one call away even organised a boat tripnon there boat for my family would give 10 stars if I could... 😁

My partner had his teeth done in September went back in January for his final visit. Since being back he has contacted them with problems and no one has replied. He now has to have all his teeth removed due to problems. No one there seems to care.

Hi I was as some people very fearful of dentists , its probably why my teeth got in such bad shape.
I got recommended this dentistry by friends who had recieved treatment, and i worked up the courage to contact them .

Its the best thing i ever did, it was made easy and comfortable from the 1st whatsapp message I had with archy.

And 13 implants, I had temporary teeth wich looked great for 4 and half months then returned for my finals wich I absolutely love ))

Well organised from start to finish, had full set of teeth extracted in Feb and implants put in with bone graph, sounds alot but was put at ease all through treatment. Had temporary teeth fixed until return last week.. All complete now can highly recommend, Big shout out to archie who is in contact at all times 😁

My partner and I came to New Era dental clinic for dental work. My partner is having implants and I had my teeth whitened. The service provided by New Era was amazing the whole time during our visit. They were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and reassuring. Communication throughout has been great from booking the flights, hotel and explaining the procedures and answering any questions we had.
