I have ordered and fitted two Somfy battery Venetian blinds and one mains Venetian blind. Delivered well packed and easy to install.
All work well with a remote and automation with the Somfy app.

I ordered the pet window roller mesh…
I ordered the pet window roller mesh for our bedroom, and it fits perfectly! The design looks really smart and the mesh does not obstruct our view or block any airflow. It's better than I could have hoped for. Their customer service was also excellent. I'll be ordering some more for our other windows.

After 10 days of ordering and not…
After 10 days of ordering and not receiving any updates I had to email them and they have told me the lead time is 15 working days. That is 3 weeks ! Unbelievable. If I would have known I wouldn't of ordered. There is no number to call as the number at the bottom of the order confirmation email is invalid.
This is starting to feel really dodgy now

I’m very sorry to hear that your free fabric samples have not arrived.
I’ve checked our records and can see that the original samples were dispatched the morning after they were ordered. When you contacted us a few days later to let us know they hadn’t arrived, we asked you to let us know if they still hadn’t been received after allowing a little more time for delivery.
We didn’t hear anything further until your review, so we weren’t aware that the samples had still not arrived.

Everything was good
Everything was fine. I gave 4 stars because there was no way we could talk to the company directly over the phone . Everything was through email and we had to wait for a response. The delivery was a week later as well.
Having said that, everything else was good - the blind is good quality and working, the communication albeit a bit delayed, was good .

I highly recommend these blinds
I highly recommend these blinds! They work perfectly, and even with the windows wide open, no insects get inside. I have one blind in my bedroom and another one in my bathroom, and I’m very happy with both.
When I ordered the second blind, I didn’t measure it correctly and thought I would need to return it to have it resized. The whole process was quick and completely hassle-free, with excellent customer service and fast support.
I highly recommend this company and their products!

Certainly do the job
Certainly do the job! Neat clean lines unobtrusive easy to use
Central bracket makes the blind bigger than measured luckily width meant didn’t have to use it
Given current windy conditions if you fully open the windows the blind blows out the side of the frames which then defeats the object
Would buy again but it will need to save up for them as they are not cheap

not the easiest to assemble
ordering and delivery was good, the door screen we purchased was not the easiest to assemble, someone with very little hand skills would find it difficult, the weights are partly retained with double sided tape which has already given up !!

Our original order was lost at the factory, so delivery was delayed.
However, customer service once contacted were great and ensured a replacement was sent asap, and kept us informed.
Blind is great. Well made and easy to install. Would certainly recommend.

Screens are not good quanlity for the price
Screens are really hard to close and open. The handles move making it more difficult. Everytime I open and close the screens I physically have to push the edges back into the runners. I have other blinds from other companies and they are a much better spec and were cheaper.
