DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM

It has been almost over 2 weeks that I have ordered from here yet have not received my item nor any update on its whereabouts.
I have tried emailing customer service about this issue yet they failed to send any reply. Truly shocking customer experience. I will not be buying from here again as the lack of customer care and respect is evident.

Our site is very newly launched, and we are still working through some initial challenges. However, I understand that this is an internal issues and should not affect your experience.

Ordered item online. Was cancelled next working day by saying we don't stock that anymore, why have it on website?
Refund issued, had to wait usual 3 4 days to for money to hit back in account.
