My husband ordered from Neurolabs about couple of months ago and did not enjoy his experience. No batch #s, support is very slow to respond, overall misleading. They have good discounts available but it is not worth the headache and potential injuries.

My experiences have all been positive. Received all three orders quickly. They have been great at responding to emails and addressing my needs. Ordering is easy and product is packaged well. Positive results with all products received.

Order Cancellation
I placed an order and requested to cancel within 25 minutes. They claimed it was in the processing stage, when the company was not opened when I placed the order.
Then they sent a ready to ship email to “prove” that is was already processed. I called UPS and they said they didn’t receive the tracking number.

They charged me once without ever sending anything. They then refused to respond to my emails. I had to fight with my bank at Chase. Absolutely do not recommend.

Good experience, shipping took a little
I bought from neuro to ship to Milan, and got my order of everything 3 days after the estimate. I guess that makes sense since they are US based. One thing that was confusing was their was another account posing as them with a what app, which I found out they dont have so good to know their. all together my stuff works so yeah I would order again.
