We have recently had a new kitchen installed by Neu Kitchens.
From start to finish we have been really impressed with the whole service from Jessica advising us on making the right choices through to John the fitter carrying out the main installation. John's attention to detail was always meticulous with our interests at heart.
All tradesmen were highly professional and any snags / issues were quickly put right or resolved with no quibble.
It was a pleasure to work with a team of such skilled and friendly professionals.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen from Neu. As well and the kitchen, the team also laid new porcelain tiles in the Dining Room and Hallway.

The whole team were great from design to completion. All the trades did a brilliant job and they were always flexible and helpful and nice to have around.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Neu Kitchens.

We have recently had a kitchen renovation completed by Neu Kitchens (Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham).

The service throughout the process from the design work completed by Jessica through to ongoing project management, completion and sign off was excellent.

The new kitchen design is much more suited to our needs. It looks beautiful, but is also a functional and practical kitchen, with lots of clever storage to make use of space that was never properly accessible before. The quality of all the materials used from cabinetry through to work surfaces, glass splash backs and appliances was all excellent.

All trades people used were excellent. I would highly recommend any of them as not only hard workers, who knew their job, but also as people who were also completely reliable and trustworthy, Some of them could even sing!

One trades person deserves a particular mention, their fitter John, who was extremely hard working, conscientious, took real pride in his work and would always go that extra mile! A real find for the company, and he needs to be looked after and kept!

After all this praise, some may be wondering if everything really was that perfect? It was a significant renovation and so of course there were issues and snags, that hadn't been predicted, but I can honestly say that anything that arose was both promptly and properly dealt with, and no corners cut. We could not be happier with the end result. It was expensive, but worth it!

I wanted to upgrade some items in my new home - not a huge job but everyone who was involved with my mini project made it seamless. I wish they’d done the original kitchen.

We inherited one of your beautiful kitchens which had a integrated wine cooler . As we are not big drinkers we decided to have the cooler removed and to make use of the additional space with new shelving and door to match the rest of the kitchen .
Jessica was a great help in arranging this for us and your carpenter made a splendid job of the alteration works.

Needed a new tap and wastes fitted to a kitchen installed in 2019. New parts obtained and fitted. Great service.

Popped into Neu for advice on where to buy a tap. Jessica suggested a suitable tap and offered to get the tap that I needed the next day. The delivery to their warehouse failed, but they offered to deliver to my house. I was impressed with prompt and efficient service.

A word of caution, I underestimated just how central the kitchen is to living. It was not just about finding alternative ways to cook during renovation but also consider washing machine and dishwasher are out of action for a period too.

She kept us fully informed throughout the whole project which went smoothly and worry-free (for us) as any niggles were quickly addressed.
Nathan, Wes and the rest of the team were very professional and always left the site clean and tidy at the end of the day. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. The project was completed on time and to budget.
We are delighted with our new kitchen from Neu - excellent quality units, great selection of appliances and worktops and good value for money. It is nearly a year since the completion of our lovely new kitchen and it has been completely trouble-free. We can highly recommend Neu Kitchens.

Jessica at Neu kitchens was very helpful and spent time helping me find the perfect cookers. I didn’t feel rushed into buying anything quickly.
Both Simon and Phil the fitters were very helpful as there was an issue with the size of the cooker housing, which they managed to solve. They were both friendly and helpful.
