Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for National Girlfriend’s Day, and NetFlorist delivered beyond expectations! The arrangement arrived in fresh, beautifully presented, and right on schedule. It put the biggest smile on her face. Thank you for helping me make the day so memorable-will definitely use the service again.

Next day delivery which was great - but felt that it came at the cost of the quality of the final product. Expected much higher quality on the printing of the mug (as advertised in image examples displayed on their website) from such a big company like NetFlorist, especially for the price you pay, you would expect much better quality or as advertised

The flowers were fresh and vibrant. Always a pleasure

Please add a zero option for that's what my experience was. They delivered a "Get well soon" pesent to my girlfriend for her birthday

The gift is perfect. Only problem I have is I had to wait for hours. The gift got to me at 8pm and it was already late for the recipient. The delivery services were very poor.

they came at 8pm, and they looked absolutely nothing like what the reference photo showed

The gift arrived long after 20:00pm with the incorrect stuffed toy. I selected the dog hamper & they got a penguin

The gift was delivered so late and it wasted the whole day of the person who received it as there was no time frame for delivery

I ordered flowers and a personalized gift hamper for a special occasion. The website was super easy to navigate, and the delivery arrived right on schedule! The recipient loved how fresh the flowers were and how beautiful the packaging was. Highly recommend!

Best service ever, my girl is happy

Items never arrived, and the flowers I ordered were damaged. They don’t answer my calls and are not willing to help. I would not recommend Netflorist. Another issue is false marketing, what you order isn’t nearly what you get. Everything is extremely small and cheap quality
