I have been using NetFlorist for the past 10 years
I have had a few issues where my deliveries was made late, but I am glad to see that this issue has been sorted out

Quick, easy, amazing!! Have used them many times to surprise my wife, and it’s goes super easy everytime!!

Ordered a Bouquet from NZ for my sister in Kuilsriver,Cape town.
Although the delivery was prompt, the Bouquet was wilted and i emailled Netflorist to express my disappointment...Well they did nor even reply .!!
My sister also called and she got an email few days later offering her R150 off if she purchased a Flower Arrangement of R350 or more..Disgusting!! Wont support such an Organization any longer!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect personalised gift!I wanted to get something unique for a friend's birthday, so I ordered one of NetFlorist’s personalised cooler boxes. The customisation process online was so simple, and the final product is stunning. The design is beautiful, and the cooler box itself is highly durable and practical! My friend was thrilled! Will definitely use NetFlorist again for custom gifts.

Brilliant and seamless

If i could give a lower rating i would i have no way of contacting the place because their dumb ai just gives me the same answer.. my mom and i both ordered each other flowers something went wrong and only mine got delivered but it registered for both and now i have no way of getting my money back. 0 stars

Absolutely horrible service. I called Netflorist at 9:40 AM requesting that they deliver slightly earlier since it was my colleague’s birthday. They promised me delivery at 12:00, then 14:00, then 15:00. Yet this poor woman sat alone on her birthday until 16:40 before finally receiving her order.

I was calling them every hour for support, but nothing was done. How do you deliver a gift to a workplace this late in the day? It was infuriating to watch her wait, and I had to scramble to salvage the situation on her behalf. Frankly, “disgusted” is an understatement.

Making someone of her age wait alone until that late is unspeakable. Netflorist’s disregard for both the occasion and the customer’s trust is unacceptable.

I live abroad and my fiance in JNB is going on a holiday tomorrow..i have sent a bouquet with chocolates with a card.. wishing her a safe flight n happy holidays.. ordered online and it was soo easy to choose from many options , order and secure payment online

Your team has executed it beautifully , in a very perfect time, with a very professional positve way... i guess had i given it in person the impact and excitement wouldnt have been soo amazing than sending thru your team , who did it in a very professional and pleasing friendly way.
Kudos to all your team..i look forward to find reasons to repeat the pleasant experience again and again..

Useless service you order in the morning, they deliver the last minute of business hour to a security guard after everyone and the recipient has left. They even lie to you that the recipient has received and signed for the parcel while they gave it to the security guard at the gate. What kind of rubbish business is this,
? Imagine ordering birthday flowers at 8am and they get delivered at 16:52pm. Once u pay they don't care. If u write negative review, the clearly state that they won't put it on their website, so clearly the reviews that are there are not truthful.

Ease of use , wide variety to choose from , value for money , eficient without any delays . 100% satisfied :)

Some friends and I bought one of our friends "get well soon" flowers and Netflorist did a good job in delivering o time

Booked flowers for my Mom's 92 and birthday a week in advance. By lunchtime no delivery. Contact their help desk and suddenly get notification out for delivery. Wait the whole day. 16:30 no delivery. Contact help desk asking for refund. Say they will connect me to someone and immediately get help desk closed message, try again tomorrow!! Avoid st all costs.

Simple process with confirmed results

I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the flowers I received yesterday. 🌹 While the arrangement itself is beautiful, the roses were already not fresh when they arrived, and some were starting to look wilted.

For the price paid, I expected the flowers to be fresh and in much better condition upon delivery. These were meant to be a special birthday gift, so it was disappointing to receive them like this.

I hope the florist will take this feedback seriously and look into the quality of the flowers being delivered.
