There aren’t less stars to give..this is clearly a scam..

Ordered my earbuds and waited for 2 months for item to be delivered but with no luck. Despite several attempts with emails got no response from company and to top it all off they’re disputing my claim of a refund . A joke of a company.

The product I paid for didn't arrive. I emailed twice without response, and only got a refund by claiming through my bank. I would give zero stars if I could.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. Order not recieved, no tracking info and no response to emails. Feel this is a scam company.

Been waiting a month - paid extra for quick delivery. Nothing. This is another facebook scam. Take the money and do nothing !

Like many others' experiences here, they took my money and never delivered the product, nor responded to attempts to contact them. No better than common theft.

Shop with caution - i'm still waiting for my order, nearly two months on, have tried multiple attempts to contact the company - email, facebook, messenger - with no response as yet. The ads and offer is still being advertised on facebook.

No items arrived, no communication, no answers to emails or social media comments. Scam.

Ordered over a month ago and have received NOTHING!
Despite my emails I’ve had zero response.
This feels like the biggest scam wrapped up in expensive marketing.
If only there was a ZERO STAR option…

Clearly a scam.
I paid for next-day delivery but never received my order.
I have contacted customer service every day through multiple channels and have only received empty promises or refund offers when they respond at all.
Very disappointing experience. please don’t fall for it like I did.

I requested to cancel my order, but it was dispatched anyway. I was later told this was an admin error and that a full refund would be issued under their money-back guarantee, and that I didn’t need to return the item. Despite this being confirmed in writing, the refund was not processed and I had to recover the money via my card provider.

In addition, the product quality was poor. Only one earbud worked, the volume was extremely low, and battery life was no more than around four hours. Based on my experience, the money-back guarantee was not honoured and the product itself did not perform as advertised.

I bought these for a three month trip hostel as I thought they would be good for noise cancelling. Unfortunately they didn't arrive in time but I agreed to still have them sent out in exchange for a partial refund. That refund never came and now Nestu don’t reply to my emails. Now home, I’m disappointed with these. They feel cheap and the sound is tinny.

A pity as I really wanted to like these.

I did have delivery problems with the original order I made in November so I contacted nestu and they were very helpful and apologetic, they sent a replacement to me and I received that order with no issues.

Order a sleep earphone in November. Got the receipt and all. The order never came. Had to email couple of times to even see my order request on SHOP. 2 more emails in december to start the dispatch. Progress stopped there. Now it says failed delivery. It never came. Gave it a chance. Waited 2 months, so that I can say this. This company is garbage. Can’t comment on the product though.

Arrived within 3 days. I recommend paying for express delivery. Finally after searching for a cheaper alternative to the expensive market leading Anker A20 and A30 Soundcore Sleep I have found Exactly what I need and for £30 you cant go wrong.
If your a side sleeper and want headphones for pod casts / sleep sounds or just some white noise to block out the snorer next to you these work perfectly. Don't expect amazing sound with deep base, that's not what these are designed for as that would just wake you up, the sound quality is tailored perfect for podcasts / rain / sea sounds / white noise etc and there are plenty of these free apps on the app store.

Battery does only last 4 hours before needing to be charged in the case again so won't last a whole night probably due to how small the device is but many sound apps you can set a timer so have them on for an hour to help get you to sleep and if you wake up set the timer again . Alternatively if your listening to 1 or 2 podcasts that's more than enough listening time to get to sleep.

Ordered item and given tracking number on 25th November. I’ve enquired numerous times and receive polite replies, promising to be sent out, but after the 4th time of chasing and asking for delivery confirmation or refund and no reply since. Sadly I think it’s a scam or it’s a company way to overwhelmed and cant fulfill orders. I’ve raised this with my bank now.
Buy with caution- for me it’s a present I sadly can’t give on Christmas Day and had my time wasted.

Ordered and received next day. Used them for a week and no complaints, definitely make me sleep better!
