She really went above and beyond and listened to my quirks, like the fact that I don’t actually like boats at all, and hand-picked the perfect ship and cabin location to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Mandy was so easy to talk to and such a lifesaver when our airport informed us they were having major delays; she quickly reorganised our taxi transfers so we could arrive earlier, taking all the stress off our shoulders.
