They manage my website and I have developed a very “set it and forget it” attitude because I know they always have my back. Anytime an issue comes up, their team goes above and beyond to troubleshoot, problem solve, and make sure everything is handled quickly and thoughtfully.

What I appreciate most is that NerdPress truly is a values-driven company. They lead with empathy, kindness, equity, and integrity while still being incredibly knowledgeable and reliable. I’ve been a customer of Nerdpress for quite a number of years. At first, I didn’t hire them because I didn’t think I needed them. My partner is a software engineer, so why would I ever need a service like Nerdpress? Boy was I wrong.

I probably don’t utilize them enough, but just those few times during the year that a crisis happens, it makes every penny worth it. I can sleep at night, travel, get totally lost in work, or just enjoy my weekend and never have to worry that something might happen while I’m not looking.

Outside of crisis mode, every time I need a task done, they do it faster than I would ever think possible. They save me countless hours trying to figure out dumb little issues. Those small tweaks I want to make that would take me hours to figure out how to do on my own? They do it in minutes.

Even if the budget gets squeezed, Nerdpress would be one of the very last places I’d make cuts. Never thought I’d be saying that, but past me sure didn’t know what I needed.
